They were to replace a sensor on the underside of my engine. The mechanic that has it now said the cut the wiring harness to my low oil sensor so now if I have low oil the light won't come on. To fix it I have to buy a new oil pan. There is other damage to another wiring harness that has caused my car to not run right. I recall when I had it here after they said they fixed and I was paying someone saying they weren't certified mechanics. It raised eyebrows with me for sure so I never went back to them. Now two years later I am having to pay for damage they caused.

Fortunately we were able to get a complete and full refund through our credit card company Since Bob would never return my calls to remedy the situation.
