Maybe I get that when going in since you can see her, but when trying to get out, how are you supposed to know if she is at her desk behind a closed door? Plus she is always complaining about something and commiserating with co-workers on how unfair others are to her. Nice lady but step out of her lines and you are toast. For what they charge, you should expect service not scolding.

The discharge papers said just the opposite. I assumed an aide wrote the erroneous report or he was mixed up with another person. I was told he would be allowed to go outside for a walk; he does not wander. He was not taken out. One administrator, Matt, said he tried to get out. He is a docile engineer. Then 3 months later they tried to extort $ of $140 for pt/ot therapy never administered. My partner had been at another premiere, nicer, better facility with no problems nor any pt or ot therapy needed. This place is a major disappointment and I live in Ridgewood 45years and my partner was born in Ridgewood.
