My friend has been transferred here from Valley Hospital. She is 94. Everything is spotless. The food is good. Staff comes to check her status multiple times. Changes diaper. Helps getting out of bed. Physical and occupational therapy daily. The idea is to get her to walk. Already did 40 steps today. read more

Worst place to go for rehab care. The staff is the worst, went there after major back surgery , most of the nursing staff and CNA are rude. If you are in pain and push call button expect to wait 4 hours or more for the Nurse to bring it to you, excuse was she had to give out scheduled meds before attending to my needs. I was once a case manager for all Care One facilities and was stationed out of Holy Name Hospital at the time and now know why the patient or their family member would call me of what was going on at one of the facility I would transfer them too. read more

Great nursing executive staff Erin, Annette, Activities. Physical therapy very attentive and understanding. You shouldn't have to plead for your loved one to be changed after soiled, waiting hours to be changed, checking sugar levels, etc. Weekend staff is a complete joke. Zero care, 3 or more hours to respond to call button. If your loved one needs extra care with eating, dressing, etc. this is NOT the facility. Not all the nurses fault they are completely under staffed but it's not the patients fault either. Get it together CareOne executive staff. Family shouldn't have to take shifts caring for their loved ones because we can't trust staff. Another nurse from a different unit would assist faster, I believe Beverly. Hands down - The worst environment for anyone it's very-very sad that there's elderly people that can't speak up for themselves. It's warehousing like condition, there are some people that are VERY helpful there, but the absolute majority of employees just don't give a "crap" (for lack of a better word) not to mention of food is not fit for human consumption. They really should be reported to Department of Community Affairs for further investigation which is something I just may do, the overall environment is dreary, full of screaming patients either calling out for help literally and crying out in pain - requesting the attention of a nurse to help them, that are being ignored. the smell of dirty adult diapers lingers throughout the halls and is unbearable in the actual room which are shared by two individuals. the laughing amongst the employees while residents sit in the bed not able to move calling out for help disgusting to say the least. Just to give you one quick example I needed pain meds at three in the morning I was in excruciating pain I pressed the emergency button 45 minutes later they came in told me she's on break I'll have to wait...... go figure! This is not how you treat your fellow human being it's just wrong!. read more

Care one has truly amazing Employees. I need to speak of many,but this one will be on Maritsa Trujillo. Maritsa is a true professional in every sense of the word plus a whole lot more. Although she works in the admissions department, she is not just that. Maritsa is on the floor helping the aides, the nurses,and solving problems that go far and beyond her call of duty. This happens because,often it is obvious that care one is way unstaffed. It is employees like her ,that do the work of many ,that make care one successful. She is a fabulous communicator and has managed to bridge the communication where it's been lost many times for us. The fact that she is bilingual in Spanish, has helped my mother recuperate faster than if she had not. She is personable , sweet and caring ,not just to my mother but to all . There has been times when my 91 year old mother, whose suffered multiple strokes,has been very upset, disoriented ,and Maritsa has gotten in touch with us through IPad to ease her pain. Honestly this is an employee that should be cherished and someone who you will never be able to replace. Some people are non replaceable. Maritsa Trujillo is a hero.... In every sense of the word. My father was there during the Covid crisis. All of the staff were absolutely wonderful. I had some minor issues with some of the aids and one therapist, but other than that everyone was great. Courtney and Marcelle were especially wonderful to my father and our family, i would call her several times per day and she was always on top of everything. I felt so comfortable having those wonderful nurses in that time. read more

I was just discharged from CareOne in Ridgewood after quadruple cardiac bypass surgery. The physical and occupational therapy I received was outstanding. My main therapists, Ed and Terry, were excellent as were the others. The aides and nursing staff were also very responsive to my needs. The facilities staff, especially Ms. Marissa Trujillo made the experience as pleasant as it could be under the circumstances. She was always willing to support me! So grateful!! read more

I've been an acute-care patient here at Care One for 2 weeks now and my time here has been enjoyable. The doctors, nurses, patient care techs, managers and maintenance-cleaning crew are all cheerful and do their level best to make you feel at home no matter how long your stay. I'll be able to leave in three days thankfully but I'd highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs short or long term care. read more

As crazy as this sounds, my father was forced to call 911 twice on his own (first time his catheter was blocked, second time he was having a heart attack). He begged the nurses both times to call 911 and they refused and lied by telling him he wasn't permitted to call 911 on his own either. If you have a family member who doesn't have the capacity to call 911 on his/her own, or can easily be deceived or influenced by what nonsense is being told to them, I would NOT recommend this facility. My father would literally be dead had he not called 911 himself. How sad is that, my 80 year old father couldn't rely on healthcare staff to seek emergency assistance for him. We requested a copy of the medical notes and it unbelievable the lies that are in it about what happened. CareOne will probably respond to this with their 800 number to call. Don't bother. Instead, report your claims to DPH, CMS and the Nursing board so something actually gets done regarding this elder abuse. After recovering from his heart attack, there was no way we were sending him back there. He is now at a facility nearby which has been providing much better care, where staff smile, are friendly and actually answer the call bell light timely. read more

In this uncertain time Care One at Ridgewood Ave have been life savers. The care and compassion that they have shown my mom is beyond words. They have kept her safe throughout the entire Covid crisis while risking their own safety. I have never had a problem with communication and someone has always been willing to speak to me about any concerns I may have . The nurses and the doctors as well as the entire staff should be commended for the care they have continued to show my mom. While there are rooms for improvement, I must say that their Physical (PT) and Occupational Therapy (OC) programs are outstanding! I came here 12/24 straight from bilateral knee replacement surgery with very little capacity to walk. Three weeks after, I walked out of here with only the help of a cane. I credit this mostly to all members of the rehab group (PT and OC) each one works in unison for the betterment of their patients. Special mention to Julius and Jennifer and must say to Judy who made sure I performed my best ALL THE TIME-she rallied, encouraged and pushed me. She is wonderful and most highly capable therapist. She is one of the best. Very positive aura and attitude. She gives her full attention to all her patients. For her, we are all special! And to the nursing department especially Ellen and Juliet who are always pleasant and smiling bringing joy to their patients every time - patients who are mostly in pain, like me. Fresh breath of air. To Annie of the social services department, who assisted during and after. And to Dr. Arbar, for my pain management. CareOne also has a breakfast program providing waffles, pancakes, freshly cooked eggs with a choice of bacon and sometimes omelette and freshly cut fruits! Can't get any better than this. And most especially to the unsung heroes who assist the elderlies and patients in all hours of the day. God bless them! read more

Dad was there two times. Which is the only reason I am doing one star. For his first stay it went pretty well and he came out stronger than when he went in. His second visit was this fall to help recover from Covid. He had been in a hospital bed not eating or moving for a few days so he needed rehab. The hospital had put a catheter in due to the fact they want to measure his urine output. When he got to Care one we begged everyday to take the catheter out but never got any response. He quickly got a UTI and that was the beginning of the end. He had kidney problems before but the UTI messed Up his kidneys to renal failure. When he got to the hospital he was dx with sepsis and was in ICU. He was eventually dx to a regular room but the damage had been done. The kidney infection caused a urea encephalopathy along with a metabolic encephalopathy. He went down hill within a few days, placed in a hospice and died 5 days later. While dad wasn't the most healthy of men, he had started to get better in rehab until the UTI hit. Which was caused by the catheter we begged to have taken out. I would never recommend this place to anyone! read more

When my parent was there in early 2022 the care was great. Very satisfied with the care there back then. This time around I cant believe the difference. The nurses are nice and helpful but overworked. The aides are useless. Literally if you ask for a glass of water the aides tell you go to the cooler and get ice, than get a cup and go into the Physical Therapy room and get water. If you don't do it yourself you will not get water or wait over an hour for water if they remember to get it for you. They are very loose on the timing of administering medicine to patients you could get your meds within an hour to two of when you should receive it so patients suffer, you get it when they get to you. You have to basically beg for what you want or need. They are very unphased and busy looking at their cell phones at the desk. When they see you coming toward the desk they make sure to stare straight at a screen, computer, cell phone whatever is in front of them because they fear you may ask them for something. They leave the patients rooms dirty. To get to the bathroom takes forever we were changing my parent and they were happy we did it so they didnt have to. If you need anything changed diet, physical therapy they send you in circles they keep passing you to the next person I think till you get exhausted of going in circles so you stop asking. Seriously? Why isn't there one person who you can go to that coordinates patient changes and questions for your loved one? Very sad, disturbing, disgusting, lack of empathy, care and basic human decency. read more

My mother came here after a joint knee replacement surgery. This is her 2nd Care One facility the first being on Union St. in Hackensack also for the other knee's surgery. Yes, it's been very painful. The place is very inviting. I came after 8:p.m today and at first there was no one at the desk. In their brochure it states no visitors after 8:p.m. The facility looks like a big town complex. It's in a very nice, yet somewhat dark area. When I got there, 2 nurses were taking off the knee straps and a male nurse almost popped in, which was kind of strange. For vegetarians all they basically give you is graham crackers and peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. It's only been the first day. This is my mother we are talking about so 3 stars is a lot. The Jamaican ladies were really sweet, and then some of the other aides in other rooms when I walked by....were not exactly as nice. Luckily mums will only be here for a week. She is sleeping well and I must say the facility looks like a park from the outside. The room was shared with her neighbor who had an elbow injury and was really sweet. read more

This place should be called Care None. My sister was in here for an extended period of time. I could imagine it's okay for someone who is "able" to fend for themselves but let me tell you if you are truly handicapped you had better have your family and friends visit you every day to watch out for you and care for you .. oh and bring you food!! Over the past year she was in several facilities, this being the worst when it came to food. I wouldn't feed their dinners to a dog. I had to bring her food in every night I could for her. When they had a Nurse's appreciation day they brought food in from Kentucky Fried Chicken for them...we know why, because they won't eat that garbage from the kitchen. Day one she was put in a room with someone who was laying in their feces and she sat out in the hallway in her wheelchair and refused to go in the room They finally moved her. I can go on for hours about all the facilities in bergen county but at least she could eat a good meal in most. This place was horrible. When she checked out I picked up her boxes and they were full of other people's belongings because the maintenance man was annoyed that he had to pack up her stuff. He put an oil painting that was hung in the room in her box! I just chucked it all - let them explain to the other residents where their stuff went! read more

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! If I could give it less than one star, I would! Looks good from the outside but if you take time to pay attention you'll notice how bad it is right away! My Mema broke her ankle in two spots so she had a cast and they told us to bring her there so she could be monitored and taken care of by people who know what they're doing... Too bad they didn't do any of that. She has dementia so the anesthesia made it really bad the first couple days, she couldn't remember where she was or that she had a cast and couldn't walk. We told the nurses numerous times that her dementia was bad and that she needed to be closely monitored and helped.... They agreed and the whole time my family was there put on an act pretending to be nice.... I walked thro to see nurses screaming at crying old ladies for standing up or wanting food. When we left her the first night we got a call the next morning to say that my Mema had fallen out of bed in the middle of the night.... Keep in mind they thought my Mema couldn't remember anything they did. When we got there she was crying saying the nurses were horrible to her. She reached for a blanket on the floor cuz she was cold and fell out of bed... They proceeded to scream at her "WHAT ARE YOU DOING ON THE FLOOR" Horrible place, horrible staff. Do not allow your loved ones to stay here! My father was at CareOne for about a month after surgery. He was on the second floor of that facility. I was able to spend many days and hours with him & during that time I got to see how it is run. The moment that the elevator doors open you can smell rancid urine. The rooms are not kept clean and there isn't any antibacterial gel in the halls which makes me wonder how hygienic the workers are. The nurse's aides just walk back & forth in the halls attempting to look busy. They spent a lot of time having conversations very loudly in the hallways while patients sat with trays of food by their sides not able to eat because most need assistance to eat. These are mostly elderly patients who are approaching the end of their lives. The nurses and the aides have absolutely no respect for these people. I witnessed patients being spoken about in the hallways, people who obviously couldn't feed themselves sit next to their food trays because the aides did not tend to them then those same trays end up getting collected without having checking to see if the patients have eaten. The nurses in white are extremely unprofessional. They have loud conversations at the station, hallways and in patient rooms. They scream at the patients and speak down to them. I also noticed that they congregate about 10 patients in front of where the nurse's area is. Those patients are made to sit in wheelchairs for hours in that hallway. My father often had a nurse named Renee. That woman is horrible. She says things under her breath, doesn't give medication on time, doesn't check on patients, gossips and walks around in, what seems like, a constant bad mood. She's got a horrible attitude and gives nursing a bad name. I also saw someone who seemed to be some sort of manager there. He is very flamboyant and wears glasses. I can't remember if his name was Peter or Paul. The epitome of bad attitude. I once watched from my father's door while he screamed, berated and spoke down to the nursing aides and nurses. I'm not sure how these people are allowed to care for anyone. They are abusive, mean, disrespectful & uncaring people. I'll never have any family members there again. It's is much how I'd imagine hell being. Just shameful! read more

This is by far one of the best facilities in the area. They are caring (as their name states), professional, compassionate, accommodating and clean. The staff was very attentive and the medical team takes everything seriously and respects the wishes of the patient and family. The PT/OT department is top notch and got my mom to where she needed to be (per her Drs request) by the time she was discharged. Everyone from the parking attendants, to the front desk, and overall staff could not have been kinder. This was a breath of fresh air after a bad experience in another nearby facility in Wyckoff that landed my mom in the emergency room. Currently trying to figure out how to escape my mother from this place. Total disconnect between leadership and staff. They sell you a great experience however the daily staff go out of their way to make you feel unwelcome. From the long waits for someone to bring two Tylenol... to the crinkled faces and mumblings when they are assisting the patients needs. Physical therapy so far has been a joke. She went in because of knee surgery and they only exercised her left arm once. I receive daily calls from my mom every morning regarding their apathetic service. If your idea of rehab is trying to get better because you feel unwelcome and frankly unsafe...then sign right up. Otherwise avoid it like the Coronavirus. I will completely reconsider/rewrite this review if the conditions are improved. read more

So I've read the previous reviews and I have to say my experience was very much different. My parents both had dementia so I know how these places are and they are all pretty much the same. You have your awesome nurses & aides then you have the people who just cruise through the job. Just like our every day jobs. That being said I'm 53 years old and luckily I am mentally sound & am my own advocate. I was admitted here on a Saturday night 5 weeks ago after spinal decompression surgery with a lowers spinal injury. The Occupational & Physical therapist ave been great! And my room also is nice as are the nurses and aides. I've gone having a severe Ataxic gate to walking with the aid of a walker for at least 500 Ft. I am independent with bathing & toileting and look forward to continuing on an out patient basis with Kessler when I leave. I would recommend and come back if necessary in the future. She used to call me at all hours about how he was sitting for hours in her own urine and feces. She never made it out of this place! I had the opportunity to be a patient here as the result of a spinal issue which made it impossible to walk. After 8 days in the hospital, I came to Care One at Ridgewood, basically because it was down the road from where my wife worked. My experience was totally different from another review I read on Yelp, but people have different expectations and may be tougher on ratings so who knows? I found the nurses professional and the aides friendly. Some aides were more caring than others, which I suspect has to do with time of day. Daytime and evening aides tended to be friendlier than the graveyard shift but that may be a function of working the shift. My medicines didn't come on my usual schedule but this is the same as the hospital; they schedule certain medicines at certain times of the day depending on frequency. If I needed my pain medicine, I didn't have to wait long (as long as the necessary time between doses passed). When it came to going to the bathroom, common sense applied, you didn't wait till the last minute to call for an aide, you pushed the button when you thought you were going to need to go. I had a good experience with both PT and OT as both therapists took their time to work with me. With the exception of one day when I in too much pain, the therapists modified their treatment plan to meet my needs; working with me in the gym on good days or in my room when I had a bad day. My only complaint was I got therapy only five days a week but the fault for that was my private insurance plan (not Medicare) which only paid for five days of therapy. At first I stayed in my room but eventually the visits from the recreation team got me to go down to some activities; the staff was caring and engaged with all the patients regardless of their conditions. If I had a complaint, it was with the dining services. It seems they don't have a good understanding of what a vegetarian is. A few meals came with meat products so I had to inspect my meals before the aides left to make sure nothing needed to be taken away and replaced. They did have soymilk and veggie burgers but other than that it was basically salads and grilled cheese sandwiches. The quality of the meals was good, if not redundant due to my restrictions. Note: I did have a meeting with the dietitian which eliminated most (but not all) of the faux pas when it came to what I was given to eat. I realize they probably don't get many vegetarians but a list of alternative things which could be ordered for meals would probably be helpful. read more

Thankfully we got my Mother out of that place! The head of admissions is an arrogant man, who sadly speaks to women differently. Other admins are also fairly rude and dismissive. All smoke and mirrors. Blonde Nurse on second floor as nasty and defensive as can be if approached. They yelled at my Mother when they did not get there in time for her to use the bathroom. No one would help her fill out a menu! They did not care if she ate!!!! They were well aware of this. The food was cold and INEDIBLE! For 2 days they just dumped any food on her, and she could not eat it, due to few teeth, and severely arthritic hands and would need help cutting food. She was there for PT and in 3 weeks they did nothing. She is currently wheelchair bound and no one bothered to teach her how to transfer from a bed to WC and or WC to toilet! I highly suggest finding another place. read more

I am currently in Careone Ridgewood Avenue with a broken femur, I chose Careone because I had previously been here with a broken ulna.I felt at that time and this time as well that the pt/ot dept. does a very good job. I feel they are genuinely caring and they know what they are doing! I prefer it when I have the consistency of the same therapists working with me on an ongoing basis and I have been accomodated with this.Looking forward to accomplishing more in the coming weeks and finally getting back to the level I was before my falls. read more

DO. NOT. USE. THIS. FACILITY. My dad has been here a couple of days after having open heart surgery. He isn't a complainer and will not speak up for himself, so it's up to us as his family to really advocate for him. So far I'm extremely disappointed and hoping I can get him transferred to a different facility. What I have witnessed so far: -a staff podiatrist recklessly treated my father without permission and tried to absolve himself of blame -staff is clearly unaware of why my dad is even here- someone asked which leg his surgery was on -no one notices when residents may need a hand. You have to be really liberal with the nurse call button, and be prepared to wait -staff is pleasant and willing to help, but not proactive at ALL. If you care about your loved ones, this isn't the place -the food looks about as appetizing as middle school cafeteria food... in other words, not appetizing at all read more

My 84 year old mother has been at Care One in Paramus for 1 month now after falling in her bathroom at home. Luckily she only got a bruise on her right shin but it was painful for her to walk. I will be discharging her tomorrow from Care One. She is an insulin dependent diabetic for many years. She also has moderate dementia. I am an RN. I started my early career in a nursing home so I am not at all surprised by how they operate. As with all nursing facilities, you have to be your loved ones advocate especially if they have dementia. Some of the staff has been great and caring, others are apathetic and just do their job. I was with my mom for the 2nd and 3rd week of her stay. I live out of state. I showered my mom, brought her clean clothes, took her out of the facility each day to improve her strength and reorient her to her home. I must say, that if it wasn't for my care she would have slept or sat in her wheelchair without reaching the level she is at now, which is walking on her own. I don't blame Care One as they don't have the staff, or other activities outside of PT or OT. The food was fair to me but my mother never complained. She was given sweet desserts each day on her tray although she is a diabetic and her blood sugar was usually high. I let 3 different people now about this but the desserts continued to come. The bathroom was not very clean but the building is old. The semi private rooms are crowded. My mom is glad to be going home tomorrow and I will thank all the staff with cookies and a thank you card for their hard and devoted work. It can be a thankless job but if you treat the staff with respect and thanks it will hopefully be appreciated by all. read more

I am a 48 year old woman who has been experiencing the worst service the most unorganized facility I have ever seen , heard or experienced, they have a star for the 4 people they have working here, 2 pt Judy and Alexandra, 2 nurse's iris and Rodney. They deserve a 5 star for each of them I am very happy with them. .care one has not a ounce of professionalism from the boss to the beginner. .so any advice to anyone find a different rehabilitation for yourself and your loved ones my experience has been a horrible nightmare. ..staff has no personality at all not a good morning not a goodnight amazing. .ooooooo before I end my note on the nightmare on elm street I am from Jersey city. .wow coming to bergen county. .yeah right I will keep my body in Jersey City. If there was a way to give a negative star rating, believe me I would!! What should have been a fairly straightforward rehab following a hip surgery, ended up with 3+ months of agony on my loved ones part. Despite numerous inquiries to the medical staff, nothing was done to help her. She ended up spending 3+ months in and out of the ICU before ending up in hospice where she passed away. She was unable to swallow, communicate, or move anything except her eyeballs. I'm not saying these things out of anger, although I'm plenty irate! I'm just trying to warn any other unsuspecting family from having to endure the travesty of what we went through. Once "Care0ne" (& I use the term care VERY loosely) finally sent her to the hospital (only for an elevated heart rate), they washed their hands of her, not following up even 1 time!! Unfortunately, my family & I were naive enough to think that a 24 hour "nursing" care facility with physical therapy services on the premises would be better for her than my brothers and I trying to handle it at home on our own. As far as I'm concerned, CareOne should be held CRIMINALLY liable for her death!!! read more

WORST HORROR imaginable! My parent got septic shock there after a massive septic infection was hidden by tylenol. Then after the ICU we went to their horrific ltach, run with 0 compassion where she almost died and was treated like a slab of meat. They get as much money as they can from you and then kick you out in worse shape than they got you in. Run away from there and never trust your loved one there EVER. The administration is ONLY about money and control. Your loved one is cast aside. Mistake after mistake..no apologies. They pressure you to let the person die.Don't you EVER give up or believe it. Its a place to avoid at all costs. STAY AWAY! NEVER EVER allow your precious loved one to be there. I got mine out just in time. read more

My 96 year old mother CHOSE to be here in 2016 after the wonderful care and attention she received back in 1990 when she was doing rehabilitation on the 2nd floor. However, other than 1 nurse and 1 aide who showed her care and dignity, she was left to sit in a wheelchair from the time she arose from bed to when she was prompted to conclude her family visit (shooing us out) and put back to bed. Furthermore, the family paid her bill in full over 6 weeks ago with the facility cashing the check 5 weeks ago, to find ANOTHER STATEMENT demanding payment just this past Friday. Left Hand, meet your right hand! Work in tandem with the patient, don't be derelict with them. And FINALLY, do not berate the family with billing when it is clearly Care One's faulty accounting system. read more

On the outside of this place, one would be impressed with its impressive lobby and its false sense of tranquility but after spending sometime there you will realize that they are very understaffed, poorly trained attendants, indifferent nurses, smelly entrees and overcrowding conditions. This place is a lethal combination of not getting the best care for your loved ones. You often have to scream to get help. You will see helpless residents in wheelchairs whose oxygen tanks are empty and nurses not knowing the proper protocols in fighting infections. When a relative arrives for a visit, a good dog and pony show is on display. I would not recommend this place for a loved one. . read more

Care One in Paramus is not the best facility I have ever seen The facility is old and its currently under construction which means you have to dine in your room and there is little to no activities. I was a rehab patient that was in pretty good condition so I was able to bounce back pretty quickly. The people in physical therapy were great. I have zero complaints about them. The nurses are over worked to the point where it takes forever to get pain meds and meds are not given on time. I had to go out and get them to do my blood sugar before I could eat. Like I said, they are understaffed and over worked so its not their fault and the nurses could not have been nicer. The kitchen staff is a joke. I cannot tell you how many times I did not get what I ordered. I would ask for potatoes and get cauliflower which I cant stand. I ask for two diet colas and either get one or none. I ask for equal and get sweet n low (YUCK!!) The administrative staff is most likely over worked as well. They did not even have me sign my admission papers until I was there a week and a half. All of the doctors that were in charge of my care were good. Dr Carr was very friendly and helpful and they did send a podiatrist who did a thorough foot examination. My room was not the best. There was a water stained ceiling tile in my room over the other bed and there was water dripping from the window frame and it wasnt rain water as the leak was there rain or shine. I would not want to be a long term resident here. I visited the second floor to exercise and build up my strength and the floor stunk. It had that heavy nursing home odor that just turned me off. In short, the people here try to do a good job with what they have. I dont blame any of them, I blame the company which is clearly cutting corners. read more

Decent facility. The CNA's here are rude and seem to only care about their own time and their own well being. Most authoritative figures here seem to be "drunk with power". The new administrator likes to "put employees in their place" in front of people watching and does not seem to have strong interpersonal skills my mother said she witnessed "a show". The one good thing about this place is the Rehab. The therapists are all wonderful and the rehab techs are fun and caring. Although the gym is so overcrowded my mother said it was hard to do her exercises in the chaos. Overall I would NOT recommend this place for anyone. Maybe when they hire a competent, genuinely nice and caring person to run this facility and not a racist radio host for an administrator this place would do better. read more

This is the worst facility. Nurses come to you once a day. When you call for them they take about 30 minutes to get to you. The Gym smells and is not clean. They served a DIABETIC ham and maple syrup for lunch! Horrible place, bad attitudes. Bed alarm goes off and the nurses are outside talking....Left 2 messages for the Director who never called me back - DO NOT GO! Do not send a loved one. read more
