I will share all and the last one Mark laughed at, I am trying to get him a picture of it. These men work hard and women. If you want things done in "minutes" and you are in a hurry to get life going and little patients then I would recommend Jilly Lube if you want what you want, here. Thanks team, vr, D Doc! SEMPER FI

I have no idea what their repair shop is like, but avoid the gas station and mini-mart at all…read morecosts. As a neighbor to this business living just a few blocks away, I've always tried to support it. I stop 3-4 days a week for gas and snacks/caffeine. Today was the final straw. For the third time in less than a year I parked in a marked spot and was walking into the store when an employee stopped to tell me I couldn't park there. The first time I was told I was parked too close to their driveway. The second time I was in a spot for customer drop off. The third time, today, I was told the spot I parked in was saved for cars they were done working on. I pointed out that if they just marked spots I'd gladly park in them and the rocket scientist employee told me they had spaces marked with lines...you mean like the space I was parked in??? He pointed across the way to the customer drop off area, where I'd previously been chastised for parking. I said they needed spaces marked for store use or at least a "don't park here" for the reserved spots. He didn't want to hear it so I left. I'll be taking my business to 7/11 from now on, which is less convenient but where they appreciate business. Idk if they are any good at vehicle repair but they suck at customer service and I won't be back. They are overpriced on their drinks and smokes anyway, so I won't miss them or their nasty attitudes. Mark your reserved spaces and understand that a customer spending $10-$15 a day 3-4 times a week is a loss, especially since the problem is caused by your mechanics being grouchy and lazy.

My VW Jetta needed an alternator. Not only was John able to provide me an affordable replacement,…read morehe and his crew were very thorough in their troubleshooting and resolved a related problem with the fuse block to the battery terminal. I had checked with other repair shops before going to John. His service was the best, both quality and price. And without hesitation, I would go back to him as well as recommend his service to others. Terry

Completely screwed up the timing chain job for my vehicle. It was knocking loudly afterward and the…read moreshop blamed it on an accessory belt tensioner job from another shop. Meanwhile, I went back for front suspension rework/fix (because they got that wrong too) and complained about the timing job. I asked for them to do it again. They wanted me to pay for warranteed work. They got a 2nd bite at the apple and did the same botched job (what the issue was I'll explain below). I took the vehicle to a 2nd shop and paid for them to do the job properly. No knocking afterward. And the reason for the knocking after AA did the job?? ONE OF THE TWO TIMING CHAIN TENSIONER GUIDE RAILS WAS MISSING THE BOLT THAT HOLDS IT IN AND WAS FLAPPING AROUND AND NOT KEEPING THE CHAIN TIGHT WHICH CAUSED IT TO STRETCH!! I have pictures (and the parts that were p ulled off from the AA job) to prove this. I went back to AA and they told me that the engine would have seized immediately. Further exposing their lack of knowledge and why the bolt was missed not once but twice on the guide (which is what was flapping). So those reading this. They screwed up front suspension. Then screwed up timing chain. I paid partial payment for the timing job, and came back to pay the rest while they continually tried to convince me the problem was the accessory belt tensioner. I got a 2nd shop to do the job and the engine purred like a kitten and NO knocking/rattling. They provided me with the pictures, parts from AA's botched job (which I still have). Stay far away from this shop. The quality of service went way down after 2022
