I ended up with Dr. Madore. He sent me for an x-ray and spent no more than 3 minutes on my exam. He then told me I had a "mild sprain" and to take Advil, which if he had even glanced at my chart, he would see I could not take. Due to the amount of pain and swelling, I was reassessed at Methodist and diagnosed with a full ACL tear and a partial MCL tear. If Dr. Madore had listened to the cause of the injury and done a thorough exam, he might have made a more accurate diagnosis. I will be having an ACL reconstruction....not at St. Francis....next week.

This of course, is comments of urgent care/Emergency care. The doctors are phenomenal, one of them birthed me, and my two other sisters. My father was his patient for decades. Another doctor, was me and at least my mom and One or maybe one or two more sisters, primary doctor for my whole life, my other sister's whole life, and at least 5 to 10 years with my older sister. So because of my experience with the doctors being so amazing, any negative point in my rating when it comes to the stars, comes to the bedside manner, quality of gear, lack of general knowledge of medicine, goes to the urgent care department - So I will put it at a I don't know, 2/3? Considering the doctors don't deserve a negative hit, but a spotlight should be shown that no one should ever go to this urgent care! Ever!

You are not going to believe this, but (..... the food was higher in quality than most restaurants we dine at, and those restaurants are not cheap). The guy running the food service personally stopped in multiple times during the day & night after the surgery. Understand, I had five previous surgeries at a facility in MN considered to be one of the best in world. My visit to Two Twelve far, far outperformed those experiences, and at every level. Hard to believe, but true.

I've been to the ER for migraines a few times and they've been fantastic at working with me and my long (and complicated) medical history. They do everything they can to make your stay comfortable and give you the respect that you give them. They are fantastic nurses and doctors that care about their patients and do what's in their power to get you back to feeling like yourself again. Haven't seen any disgruntled patients or anyone yelling or upset like many other emergency departments. Happy to have St. Francis close by. And I love that they have the eye center, pharmacy, sleep center, and Park Nicollet facilities attached to the medical center. Highly recommend seeing them for any medical emergency. Oh - the last time I was in the ER, a man came around with two cute dogs to help patients relax and enjoy some time with the animals. Fantastic to see this happening more and more for patients in need of some extra love.

The nurse was rude unhelpful and made him feel worse then when he got there. She seemed very annoyed and bothered tol doher job. The doctor was not any better. She didnt seem to want to be bothered to figure out what was wrong. The worst part of it all was when the nurse slapped his feet and told him "it's time to get out" and then made him walk out by himself when he could barely walk.

In about 65 minutes, he basically knew my medical history and set me up with 4 different specialists. Ortho / Gastro / Cardio / Pain. I actually was contacted by 3/4 via text before leaving this appointment, and the fourth early this morning! In my somewhat educated opinion -- you simply cannot do a better job than Dr Haschultz did and everyone else I met was very cordial and professional also. They charged me $350 for what they called a "thirty minute" visit...which lasted for fifteen minutes. Judas betrayed Jesus for less money! The fact that this exorbitant $600 to $700-an-hour rate is considered "normal" does not make this sort of behavior okay. In my opinion, this is a disgusting way of taking advantage of sick people. I went in, got a prescription for a five dollar bottle of cream, and walked out. What part of that experience was worth $350?
