For the past 2-3 years I've struggled with fatigue, dizziness, hormone problems, and on and on. No doctor could give me a straight answer. The closest they came was a gluten intolerance test which I tested normal for. After having a scary hives experience, I decided to take a leap and see Dr. Katie after a friend of mine had got some help from her. The process has not been easy, but I found out I had leaky gut syndrome, Candida, and my adrenals needed a boost. It's been 10 weeks and I feel so much better. I'm not 100% but I'm getting there. My insurance doesn't cover this so I have to eat the cost but thankfully you can use your flex spending towards these services. Dr. Katie is also available to answer emails when questions arise too. Overall, I'm very happy I decided to go out of the box and see her because doctors in general just aren't on the ball when it comes to nutrition, food allergies, and sometimes even hormonal issues.

I agree with everything Leah O. said in her review about Dr. Aimee Klapach, and indeed, Leah's review is a big part of what led me to Dr. Klapach. Some people might think it's strange to find a doctor on Yelp, but I trust my Yelpers!! Before I went to see Dr. Klapach, I had been seeing doctors at FairView University for the better part of last year. I wish I had gone to see Dr. Klapach right away. I doubt she would have made me wait 8 months and jump through numerous hoops before telling me that surgery was inevitable. I can't ever get those eight months back, but thanks to Dr. Klapach, I am slowly getting back my range of motion, and I believe my pain is already less than it was before surgery, most of the time. I just had the surgery in December (which went great, by the way! They do it in an orthopedic facility, not a hospital, so my Covid fears were lessened), so it has only been a short time, and recovery for rotator cuff surgery is notoriously slow. But Dr. Klapach and her assistant Bradley are with you every step of the way, going above and beyond, to the point where the surgeon will actually pick up a phone and call you. Yes, I just about fell on the floor the first time that happened. Dr. Klapach really cares, and so do her staff. I am also really happy with the physical therapists on site. They do a great job, and are available by phone or email if you have questions about the exercises. Side note: They have recently re-branded to Allina Orthopaedics, but they are still the same great clinic with the same caring staff.

Look, I'm not gonna waste your time with all of my injury details. If you're looking at this page,…read moreyou're probably broken and vulnerable, and you just need to know the facts. Fact: "Expert" doesn't begin to describe Dr. Aimee Klapach, MD. She does 270 knee surgeries a year, a fact I kept repeating to myself when I was having anxiety spin-outs in the weeks before my ACL reconstruction surgery. That depth of experience matters when you're literally trusting someone with your limbs. Fact: She's a super conservative surgeon, bless her heart. She never tells me what I want to hear. She tells me what I need to hear. I don't want a risk-taking, skydiving bro giving me health advice. I want someone who's gonna tell me that "If it were my sister, I wouldn't do it" when I ask if I can fly to a wedding a few weeks after surgery because there's a small chance I could get DVT and die. She obviously didn't love disappointing me. But she takes her job seriously enough to be a firm advocate for my healing and my body, and at the end of the day that's what I need. Fact: Her work is excellent. I'm 9 weeks out from surgery and my knee is healing beautifully. I followed her directions and the result is that nothing has gone wrong: no infections, no mistakes, no risks, no mishaps. Just steady improvements day after day, which is all I can really ask for. Fact: She has an incredible team working with her. They called me the evening after my surgery to check in- which at the time felt like an incredible kindness- and when I have questions they always call me back within a few hours. Her scheduler was wonderful, and made sure we had everything we needed to prepare for surgery. I've always found it easy to book appointments, and Dr. Klapach goes to a variety of locations, making it easy to find a time and place that works with my schedule. I feel so lucky that I landed in her care, and can't recommend her enough.

Dr. Holgers has been so amazing and incredibly helpful to me, finally getting me answers and finding solutions to the pain that I've been having for many, many years. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and thorough, but he is super friendly and personable, and he never rushes through the appointment. In fact, he's the first doctor that I've ever seen that has asked me if there was anything else that I wanted to address at what would have otherwise been the end of my appointment. At that moment I knew that Dr. Holgers was actually invested in making me healthier and pain-free. I was referred to Dr. Ruff for a neurosurgery consult and again was so impressed. She explained in great detail the surgery, as well as the pros and cons and was excellent at answering my questions and concerns. She was very friendly, clearly knowledgeable, and obviously committed to helping me make the best decision for me. I've also had two procedures performed here by Dr. Fredericks that had great outcomes. But just as importantly, the procedures themselves went very smoothly. Dr. Fredericks explained his every step so I was always aware of what was happening and exactly what to expect. He was very patient with my questions, he laughed at my really bad jokes, realized I was probably a bit nervous, and kept the atmosphere light and fun, rather than all serious and sterile...All the while performing very intricate and precise, but most importantly successful pain-relieving procedures. Lastly, this clinic also has a great physical therapy department. I worked with Johnathan and he was friendly, fun and great at motivating me, as well as great at explaining the mechanics of the body and how the exercises I was doing would affect my back and neck pain. Also, the Med X system that I completed was great and especially helpful for strengthening my neck and relieving neck pain. Overall, I (clearly) am thrilled to have found this Spine Clinic and the doctors and therapists there. I feel like I am finally on the path to a future free of back and neck pain and I am so thankful for all those at the M Health Fairview Spine Clinic who have helped me get to this point! Highly recommend!!!

If you believe in informed consent for vaccinations do not go to this doctor or any doctor at this…read moreclinic as she is a close minded woman blinded by profits and lacking any education in factual vaccination data and statistics. If you ask her if vaccines are safe she will blow your concern off by saying the person that started this has been barred from medicine and discredited rather than just stating factual data supporting the case for the effectiveness of vaccinations. The real data is out there on vaccination safety and it is startling because there is no concrete data on 1. That vaccines are beneficial over non vaccination 2. They administer hep B when the idea that an infant will be using intravenous drugs or sexually active is ludacris. If a mother is not carrying than no hep b is needed. If you go to this so called "Dr" Meghan Jennings than I recommend you have her provide you the research results from vaccination safety and effectiveness and the ingredient list of these vaccines. Also there is no substantial research into the grouping of vaccines and their safety the CDC just made a list based on insufficient data and research to increase the profit per visit. They will say they lump these vaccines to save the consumer/parent time but F*** that, you seriously think we as parents value our time more than our children's safety, when did you become McDonald's serving lies and abusing your position of power to increase bottom line and profit per visit. I guarantee the only reaction from this woman that you will get is fear mongering and scare tactics to guilt you into doing something you will regret in the end. Go to New Kingdom in Eden Prairie where your concerns matter and every statement made by a Dr is followed up with the credible source of information. Dr Jennings I know Karma will come for you in the end for your unethical and immoral conduct all because you lost what matters most, the willingness to actually provide care.

I went to Minnesota Craniofacial Center as a referral from my dentist back in 2023. The doctor I…read moresaw for my consultation and first initial appointments was very nice and laid out a treatment plan for me that she assured me would help my TMD. What the X-rays showed was my left TMJ had a misalignment and I was told that being fitted with an appliance, taking some cortisone shots for the pain, which actually did help! As well as doing a course of physical therapy exercises would re-align my jaw into the right position in the joint. The first few appointments went well, but the issues started when I came in for an appointment and I asked where the doctor I had started my treatment with was and they told me that she was no longer there, or no longer worked there, I don't remember exactly what they told me but as I understood it the doctor I had initially seen was no longer at the clinic. I wasn't sure what to do, I kept up with my treatment and went from wearing my appliance 24/7 to slowly working toward only wearing it at night. The treatment cost me $4,000 out of pocket because I was told they aren't covered by my insurance... which after reading some other reviews on this clinic, makes me very skeptical and concerned, and once I had finished the treatment plan it felt as though the follow-up appointments were completely pointless. I would go in and see someone different each time, so I had to explain what was going on to a new person over and over, they would test my bite, adjust the appliance, tell me to do some stretches and that was it. Each of these visits cost me over $300 each time. I was telling them that even though the pain was mostly gone I was still grinding my teeth, still having terrible tension in my jaw and that I had developed a gap, or malocclusion, on the right side of my mouth after doing their treatment. All they would offer is some stretches and more cortisol shots... no one seemed to really have an answer. In regards to the gap on my right side, they would adjust my appliance to be wider on the right side, so my appliance was not even... I strongly believe they caused the gap to develop by incorrectly adjusting my appliance. I had to pay off the $4,000 over the course of two years and only now am I able to seek alternative treatment because of the financial burden I was under due to all of this. They didn't solve my TMD like I was promised, they charged me $4k in a very strange situation where I was sat down with Genivive and told the cost and all the stuff about insurance not covering it, it felt so coercive and I was dealing with so much pain I was desperate to solve the problem... I truly wish I had waited to start treatment and gotten a second and third opinion before sinking so much money into this place with barely any results. I still deal with pain, much less severe than before so at least they did something, I still grind my teeth at night, I still have clicking and locking issues with my jaw and awful muscle tension, and they gave me a new issue to figure out with the malocclusion on my right side. I now have been talking with an oral surgeon and an orthodontist on how we can solve these issues, or at least improve them and make sure my jaw is in a healthier state. I will need some surgical intervention now, possibly an osteotomy but I will avoid that as much as I can. Be very wary of this business, do not let them push a treatment on you and get several other opinions before committing to their treatment. The fact that my insurance does indeed have TMJ care coverage and they told me my insurance wouldn't cover their services is very suspicious to me.
