Awful. Absolutely awful. I hate going into it so many horrible opportunities to go into it. In any possible way they fall through. When it came to mental health, physical injury, scans, bedside manner, I would say? Even if it was your last, however, many dollars to go to Shakopee, go THERE! This of course, is comments of urgent care/Emergency care. The doctors are phenomenal, one of them birthed me, and my two other sisters. My father was his patient for decades. Another doctor, was me and at least my mom and One or maybe one or two more sisters, primary doctor for my whole life, my other sister's whole life, and at least 5 to 10 years with my older sister. So because of my experience with the doctors being so amazing, any negative point in my rating when it comes to the stars, comes to the bedside manner, quality of gear, lack of general knowledge of medicine, goes to the urgent care department - So I will put it at a I don't know, 2/3? Considering the doctors don't deserve a negative hit, but a spotlight should be shown that no one should ever go to this urgent care! Ever! read more

Actually, I had a hip replacement there a few months ago. It couldn't have gone any BETTER! Clean, very well staffed, friendly, helpful, excellent listeners, fast to respond to button calls; professional. You are not going to believe this, but (..... the food was higher in quality than most restaurants we dine at, and those restaurants are not cheap). The guy running the food service personally stopped in multiple times during the day & night after the surgery. Understand, I had five previous surgeries at a facility in MN considered to be one of the best in world. My visit to Two Twelve far, far outperformed those experiences, and at every level. worst servic ever. My mom was having really high blood pressure so she decided to go to the hospital and when she got checked in and the nurse took her blood pressure she doctor would soon. My mom sat in there for like a good 45 minutes waiting and when the doctor finally came, she checked her kidneys and just sent her home without any medication and in my family high blood pressure runs very high and the doctor didn't even take it serious. It was almost like she was just laughing it off and I don't think high blood pressure is something to laugh about. read more

The only time I've had a really long wait (at least to get to a room) is during covid when every place was like that. Once you get to a room it likely takes 2-3 hrs as it would in most ERs. It would depend on what you are there for, but I've had a good experience there most of the times I've been there for myself and my son. read more

Had one of the best ER experiences ever here the other day. Came in at 4am with my one year old whose antibiotics weren't working for an ear infection. Walked in, checked in, went right into a room for vitals and was brought to an exam room. Because it was pretty quiet, nurses and doctors were very timely and they were SUPER nice and informative. Best thing ever?!? INSTYMED MACHINE. It connects with with your insurance & we were able to get his prescription right away in their medication vending machine for low cost. Def coming back here if needed. read more

I am so glad we chose Two Twelve today for my adult son's illness. His sore throat from yesterday blossomed into a temp of 102, swollen face and neck, inability to swallow or speak. So we headed out to Two Twelve after I saw online the wait time at my clinic's UC was 45 minutes and Minute Clinic was closed. Fortuitous choice as my son wound up needing their ER services - he has strep, so he got IVs, IV antibiotics and steroids (to reduce the throat swelling), morphine, and a CT scan to make sure he didn't have an abscess - which would have required surgery. None of this treatment would have been available at my other urgent care options. We spent six hours getting excellent care. There were a lot of patients as the flu season is in full swing, but we only waited about 10 minutes to get seen. The great thing about Two Twelve is you can come in to urgent care, but if you are sicker than you think they flip you to emergency care and you don't even change rooms. The PAs, the nurses, the reception staff were all helpful and friendly, and caring. I like that there is a Subway shop in the building as I was able to grab a quick bite while he got his CT scan. This is the first time I've used the facility for someone this sick and I couldn't be more pleased. The facility is nicely laid out, convenient, bright, and clean. And, unlike my typical five-star reviews, I hope I never have to go back. read more

This hospital has the worst service ever. I'm sad to say this as I also work in healthcare. The staff is unfriendly, uninformative, and outright rude. I've gone there only a couple times and last night was the last time I will ever use this facility. This hospital is not a good example of how patients are to be treated and what we are paying for. It's time I come forward as a healthcare worker and say this place is terrible and it appears to me a systemic problem of really crappy service. They can defiantly do better and start with respecting the patient. Worst ER ever! read more

Be warned if you go to the ER and see Dr. Joseph Dundee! I saw this doctor when I was admitted to the ER last weekend. Based on one reflex test he did on me, he said I may have MS and that I should get an MRI. MS?! Seriously? You're just going to throw that out there? As a follow up, I went to see a highly rated neurologist in Edina who completely ruled out any signs of MS and said an MRI is not needed. I am still in shock and disbelief that Dr. Dundee even suggested this. Be warned if you have to go to the ER and you see him--he does not have the knowledge or background to provide an accurate diagnosis!!! read more

I have been here twice at urgent care for my 2 yr old son one on a Saturday and another on thanksgiving day- I understand the hospital will be short staffed during these hours. But when urgent care is open, they should provide proper care. Both the times we waited in the room for more than 45 mins. The physician assistants who came after that did not even spend 5 mins for diagnosis. They ended up diagnosing croup when it was strep. The nurses also were so rude and didn't give enough time for my child to take the medicine there. While the healthcare costs keeps increasing, the people who work in healthcare keep becoming less compassionate towards patients. read more

I needed night time medical treatment and found this place. I was impressed with how clean and quickly they triage you. The doctor and nursing staff were very kind and quick to helping me feel better. They sent me home with extra supplies to care for my wound and I was able to pick up my meds at their kiosk right there so I could start antibiotics immediately without waiting. I would bring any of my family members here for care and would come back myself if I needed something after hours again. read more

I took my four year old daughter here for the first time on Sunday evening since she was experiencing a fever, bad cough, and wheezing. The intake staff were super friendly, and our urgent care staff were also amazing. My daughter had to get a nose swab done to test for the flu, and she started crying. Two people immediately came in with bubbles and a freezy-pop for her. This calmed her down immediately and what a smart idea. The InstyMeds machine that provided her prescription was so convenient. This was a great first impression, and I will definitely come back to this urgent care. Thank you! read more

I really like the concept of the 212 building all of the different clinics available in one spot. Problem is they don't know how to communicate with each other :-( I have had the biggest problem with Ridgeview Imaging communicating with Allina Health and then when I call Ridgeview I get scolded like a child not my fault you can't figure it out I did my part I showed up on time I followed the rules I'm still waiting on my results read more

Was the worst medical experience I've ever seen for my sister or anyone. They forced her only to put a mask on nobody else when she can barley breathe and just has been throwing up for days which made whatever she has worse and she had to wait hours just to get in. They were super rude and very short with her right when she came in. They got mad at her and made her feel like she was a waste of space there and just blamed whatever she has on a past diagnosis from a long time ago. Nothing happened except they just gave her a tiny bit of fluids threw some random pill at her and told her to take a hike, also when she took the pill it made whatever she had ten times worse and she couldn't stop throwing up and dry heaving. Shame on everyone there for treating somebody less because they don't think what she has is serious enough. She had to call an ambulance after for somebody to actually care which at this point she should have from the start since all she did at 212 was sit there and wait longer than the time she was actually in the room to get a diagnosis which she never even got one. I hope nobody gets treated like this ever! read more

It never fails when you really need to go to the doctor their office is closed. Well now I don't ever worry because I've found a spot I feel I can trust. I've been to this location on 3 separate visits. The first time was when my husband had an allergic reaction. Yes of course it was 9:30 pm at night and since I hadn't been here before I wasn't really sure where to go. My husband suggested this place and I was impressed from the beginning. I've been a patient here twice. Once was the day after Christmas and again before my regular clinic was open. I had a facial cut requiring 9 stitches. Fortunately the cut was on my forehead but I still requested a plastic surgeon. The doctor from the clinic who put the sutures in reassured me she could do just as good of a job as a plastic surgeon so I put my trust in her. Again, I was not disappointed with her skill and expertise. On a recent visit I was seen for bronchitis. (I don't think I even need to tell you it was on a weekend and my clinic was closed). So once again I made a visit to Two Twelve Medical Center. I was seen promptly and went through a variety of tests. I went home feeling reassured about the care I received. The unique thing about this clinic is that it's open 24/7 and is an emergency room and urgent care all in one. The staff assess you when you come in and determine what kind of care you need. On all of our 3 visits we were seen very quickly by someone and brought to a room. I feel staff are very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. They are very professional and send you home with a packet detailing your care. This place is easy access right off the freeway so depending upon where you live don't hesitate to make the drive. It will be worth it. read more

I've been here for my regular physician appointments three times and have been once to the rehab center with three follow-up appointments pending. Everyone I have encountered has been professional, competent, personable and pleasant. I try to be the same to them rather than be crabby and whiney, as so many sick or hurting people are. I'm very happy this facility is here with such a caring staff in place. read more

I have been to this urgent Care/ER on many different occasions for myself and for my young son and I/we think it's absolutely great. It's nice, clean, safe, organized, and the staff are extremely friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. They have some of the most thoughtful, kind/caring, smart nurses I have ever experienced. I am 38 and suffer from a chronic body pain condition, so I have been around. They have huge exam rooms with portable beds, TV's, extra seating, and some even have their own bathroom (which is big as well). Each room is even stocked witheir own supplies. The staff really makes you feel very comfortable(mentally and physically). My son is 12yrs old and has major anxiety about doctors/exams and the staff has always made him feel safe, calm and comfortable, which is a huge plus! Even giving him a freeze pop treat after each visit. Easy and convenient parking too. My only complaint would be the wait times(especially, when they're busy). They can get somewhat long, but if you go in with something serious they will see you right away. At least in my experience. This is the only reason I did not give them 5 stars. Otherwise, this is an excellent facility with amazing staff and I am lucky/thankful to have them nearby. Thank you for all that you do Two-Twelve Medical Center! read more

I went there tonight and received extremely kind and efficient service. I went in with 2 concerns and they thoroughly addressed both. Well run, great staff, and convenient to many. Not sure what the bill will look like but I would rather pay more for this kind of treatment so I think I'll be good with it. read more

I'm feeling the need to speak out due to the growing cases of native American people being seen at 212 emergency and urgent care being treated extremely poorly, purposefully misdiagnosed just to get them out. Most have either Medicaid or no insurance being told nothing is wrong with them and go home take Ibuprofen and follow up with a primary care doctor. When there IS either broken bones, ruptured appendix, pneumonia, etc and they have to suffer because the er/urgent care provider sees them as less of a person and refuses to properly care for them at that time. The only way to get proper care is to have outside people call in so they know someone is watching and threaten legal action if they leave that visit without being properly treated. Suddenly they change they diagnosis and find what's really wrong. It shouldn't have to go there. You shouldn't have to suffer because of the skin you were born with or the insurance you have or lack there of at the emergency room. It's not an isolated case. It's happening more and more. And it is not ok! read more

I have been to 212 medical center many times and have had wonderful experiences. Today however has taken all of that away.This experience has emphasized that medicine is production based. We are not patients. We are numbers to meet a quota. I brought my son in to have a wart on his face evaluated. The area on his face was visually accessed immediately; by not only 1 nurse but 2. We were then taken back to a treatment room. Registration presented immediately and got all our information. Another nurse came in and visually accessed once again. She gathered more information and stated a Dr would be in shortly. The Dr arrived...looked at the area once more...and informed me that they do not treat warts. I was given 2 phone numbers of local clinics that "may" be able to treat us. I was then asked to pay the $35 co pay and the reminder of the visit would be submitted to my insurance. No services were rendered, no treatment provided. I wonder what code they will be using to submit to my insurance? I was charged $35 to be told they do not treat warts....If I was informed at the front that they do not treat warts, I would have gone to another clinic. I would not have spent $35 on my co pay. So now I have to pay another copay to have the area accessed all over again. This is why insurance is so expensive. We aren't patients' we are numbers. I will be disputing this with my insurance. read more

Wait wasn't yoo long, but what a waste of time and money and a huge risk to my son's health. Yes my son just was being seen for a "common cold" but he has a very rare, life-threatening kidney disease that we also must manage. The incredibly pompous PA that we saw, I believe his name was Aaron Browne, has no business treating patients with any chronic illness. First he wouldn't admit to not knowing what the disease was (I would be shocked if he knew since most doctors haven't even heard of it.) Then when I asked multiple times for labs to be checked on my son, he refused basically treating me like an idiot. Well, I am a nurse and the mother of this child and am well versed in how to care for him. I will never, ever use this facility for my son's care again if this is the way we will be treated. I needed labs done today as his potassium could be dangerously low and his heart could stop, but now I am left with no idea where he stands. Thanks for nothing. If I wasn't feeling so defeated I should have asked to see the attending doctor but by this point I didn't really trust anyone there. Hopefully my son makes it until I can get labs drawn elsewhere. read more
