They are kind, empathetic, and make sure you understand what is happening. I love that there are mainly women working there!

I have had nothing but good experiences here with the staff and nurses. No issues with making appointments, and lab tests have all been handled timely and easily. I'm a tough stick for blood draws and haven't had issues with lab techs not being able to draw blood. I ADORE my OB at this practice, Dr. Margaret Enadeghe. She is the first OB I've had who's taken the time to listen and respond to every single one of my and my partner's questions. Even when I nervously ask the same question multiple times over several visits! We are never rushed, however long she needs to spend with us to make us feel comfortable and informed, she does. She's a lovely person and a new mom herself, and happy to share her experiences tackling motherhood, which I've really appreciated as I'm becoming a first-time mom as well. Also, for folks who have ED/body dysmorphia issues, Dr. Enadeghe is incredibly sympathetic. I have disordered eating and was really worried I'd be tempted to restrict calories because of pregnancy weight gain. Thankfully, Dr. Enadeghe told me there was no need for me to even LOOK at the scale when they weighed me. She said she would inform me if anything was out of the ordinary, and assured me that the number on the scale wasn't a concern. This approach really helped me and made me much less anxious about my body's changes during pregnancy. I also really like the policies put in place by the clinic. I think they try to stay on top of current academic research and are consistently changing their protocols, instead of just sticking with antiquated methods. Quick example: I'm a research junkie and learned there's relatively new data that states it can be beneficial to the newborn to delay cord cutting after birth. This helps with hemoglobin levels and a bunch of other stuff. I asked Dr. Enadeghe about this and she said it was standard policy for the clinic to delay cord cutting.

I had Dr Pettit with my first pregnancy and am now trusting her to deliver my second this January…read more She is kind, thorough, efficient, laid back, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that she saves time for me to ask questions, allayed my fears, supported every choice I made (choosing not to do genetic testing, not taking many/any classes, wanting an epidural). She called me out when I was gaining weight a little to fast -- just told me to be careful. I'm SO GLAD she didn't tiptoe around it, drew it to my attention, then praised me in the following weeks that the weight gain had tapered. As a first time mom who is pretty laid back, I needed guidance but not chiding which is exactly what Dr Pettit provided. I had one experience with contractions that came on that I thought were the real deal (they weren't) that led me to call the after hours line to talk to a Dr. The Dr on call (not Dr Pettit) was super kind, helpful and walked me through a few questions to help me decide whether or not to go in to the hospital (I didn't end up going). Even though it was 3AM, this person wasn't my dr, she still treated me with respect and helped me. My delivery was pretty uneventful until my son was actually born -- he wasn't breathing at all. Dr Pettit could see that I was visibly distressed and talked me through what was happening while she was stitching me up. She assured me that this was pretty normal, that they were doing everything they could and that I should trust the process. She was so right. And I'm glad that she saw my fear and talked me through it. The new offices on 6565 France are BEAUTIFUL. The reception area is welcoming, plenty of places to sit. There's a small play area in case you have an older child with you. It's not the end all be all, but it's very nice that Associates in Women's Health is a technologically advanced office. You get blood results quickly. I knew the day I took my 1 hr glucose test before I even left the office that I failed and needed to come back for the 3hr. If you're hunting for a practice to call home- try Associates in Women's Health. I've had nothing but great experiences in my 2 years seeing them.

I switched to AWH after having a terrible experience with a miscarriage at another clinic. I…read moreexperienced a second miscarriage while at AWH and Allie Rodriguez, PA, was wonderful, caring, and provided good patient education. I saw Allie again for an annual check up and during my next pregnancy, and she is my favorite part about this clinic and I would recommend her services and care - I wish she could have been my OB. Other service providers at the clinic have been okay or disappointing. The front desk tends to be awkward. Only Tiffany tends to make eye contact and acknowledge your presence upon arriving - the others will not acknowledge you, so you can't tell if they are so engrossed in their work that they haven't seen you or if they are intentionally ignoring you. If you walk up to them or speak you get the "we'll be with you in a moment" - cool, just say that next time so I'm not wondering. Going to the doctor is a stressful experience for many and this cold welcome doesn't help. I was very anxious during my pregnancy because of my two previous miscarriages. The ultrasound techs were always wonderful and would tell you what they saw and what they were doing. The OBs themselves are kind of all over the place. You can't choose which provider will deliver your baby, so I opted not to see a single provider and instead meet all of them at least once so that I'd have a touch of familiarity on delivery day. I got okay to good impressions of all of the doctors during those visits except for Dr. Goodman who sped through "fat facts" - the things I was likely to experience or be at risk for being overweight and pregnant. While I do expect individualized medical care, what disappointed me was that she started out by apologizing for telling me these things (no one is more aware that I am fat than I am - have been my whole life, don't need an apology for sharing information if you believe it's important for me to have informed care). She then sped through the information, which included induction at 39 weeks, and I was so shocked that I opted to end the appointment rather than ask questions. I was still early in the pregnancy and just hoped to make it past the first trimester. There wasn't much notable about the other docs - they'd answer my questions and were not likely to offer up much info otherwise. The clinic was nice about me coming in between appointments to listen to the heartbeat to lessen my anxiety. The final straw was delivery day when Dr. Pettit swept my membranes without informed consent. I'm not saying I wouldn't have taken her expert medical advice, but you should tell me what you're doing to my body before you do it. After my final postpartum check up, I'm done with AWH.

Turns out I went to a different clinic and had cancer!!!! WTF ?! I wasn't allowed to discuss anything other than an annual exam, if I wanted to talk about uterine pain, I had to book a different appointment. Oh and when I tried to see a different doctor within this clinic they allowed me to make an appointment, take off work and when I showed up made me leave because I had a $32 balance and couldn't pay it until 2 days later. Couldn't even call me to tell me that? Thanks!!!!! Greedy, greedy clinic that doesn't care about women's health.

This place is an absolute disgrace to women's healthcare. If…read moreI could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Women's Premiere OB/GYN West Clinic was so appalling, I left feeling more emotionally violated than supported--thanks entirely to Ashley, who is by far the most unprofessional and downright disrespectful individual I've ever encountered in a medical setting. Let's start with the obvious: Ashley is painfully young, clearly inexperienced, and has no business working in women's health--or any patient-facing role, for that matter. She has the demeanor of someone working a high school part-time job at a food court, not someone responsible for helping patients navigate intimate, vulnerable, and often emotional healthcare experiences. She was dismissive, smug, and shockingly rude. The eye rolls, the attitude, the complete lack of empathy--this girl seemed more interested in power-tripping than providing any semblance of support or professionalism. When I asked a question about a billing issue, she cut me off mid-sentence and spoke to me like I was stupid. When I tried to advocate for myself, she treated me like I was a problem to be dealt with--not a human being seeking care. It was honestly jarring. In what universe is this acceptable in an OB/GYN clinic? Shame on this clinic for hiring someone so green, so utterly unqualified, and so emotionally immature to deal with patients. It speaks volumes about the leadership and their standards--or lack thereof. Women deserve so much better. This clinic needs a serious wake-up call, starting with a long look at who they're allowing to represent their name. Until Ashley is replaced with someone who knows the meaning of respect and professionalism, I will never step foot in this place again--and I'll be warning every woman I know to do the same. Avoid at all costs.

I want to share my recent experience with this office. I was contacted by the office manager…read moreregarding their policy that patients who reschedule three times may be dismissed from the practice. During this call, I was informed that this policy is not currently communicated to patients and that there are no plans to proactively share it. That was surprising and concerning to hear. To provide context, during my pregnancy when I was very sick I never missed an appointment and consistently arrived 10 minutes early. I was frequently seen 30-45 minutes after my scheduled time, but I remained patient and understanding, recognizing that delays can happen in medical settings and never complained. More recently, I had to reschedule my annual exam three times over the course of a few months due to circumstances outside of my control: a family emergency, personal illness, and then my child becoming sick. I never no-showed and never canceled the day of an appointment. Despite this, I received a call questioning my reasons for rescheduling, and the tone of the conversation felt unnecessarily rude and accusatory. I do want to emphasize that Dr. Brown has been wonderful, and all of the nurses I've interacted with have been kind and compassionate. My concern is solely with how this policy was communicated and the manner in which the situation was handled. I believe clear communication and mutual respect are essential in a healthcare setting, and I hope this feedback is helpful in improving the patient experience going forward.

I was wary but still came in. She told me that it wasn't PID despite me advocating it was as I know my body and have had it before. She dismissed me several times despite my extreme pain and discomfort. I decided to make another appointment at a different location and to my dismay it was her again. She told me, again, it wasn't PID and again, I intensely advocated for myself. Finally she gave in and said she'd go talk to my actual gyno. She came back in and said "she thinks I'm right and doesn't believe it's PID again". I said that I don't care and would like the medicine anyway. After several minutes of pleading she finally agreed to write me a prescription, and of course, within 5 days my symptoms were gone. I was right. I'm very unhappy with how this was handled. Flash forward to this week and I get a text for a bill from the 2 visits. $880 AFTER INSURANCE. I wouldn't have even had to come in again if she had just diagnosed me correctly in the first place. I will be fighting this charge and am very unhappy with this clinic. Do not see Mackenzie Drimel if you want to be treated with respect and be seen by someone who will actually listen to you.
