From start to finish, Ryan provided excellent service. He communicated clearly by email and phone letting me know when he was performing the inspection. He showed up on time despite an incoming storm. He provided a digital copy of the full report, complete with photos and clear indications of what repairs were recommended. He went over the report with my real estate agent and I over the phone, and we were all able to reference the digital copy of the report. Some things that I appreciated: - Schedule: The closing is expedited and he was able to schedule me in quickly. He delivered his report within 24 hours. I had a few questions and he made himself available to answer them the next day at a time of my choosing. - Quality: I am no expert but his inspection seemed thorough and he clearly knows what he is doing. - Clarity: I have never before owned an actual standalone house and I'm a white collar guy who is not savvy in construction or maintenance. Ryan was patient and explained everything thoroughly and clearly. - "Extras": I had a bunch of questions that were almost certainly outside the scope of his responsibilities as an inspector. When he gave us the quote, he explained repairs needed and what they would do. We had a new roof installed, gutters repaired, facia boards replaced that had rotted, and new vents. the crew worked fast an all showed a very professional attitude. they respected the work site, covered shrubs and landscaping during and upon completion of the job. they left the site cleaner than when they started. They told us who to expect to show up during the work day (inspectors, materials delivery and additional crew). The office staff was fantastic Leticia bent over backwards to be sure that we received the documents on time with complete accuracy.
