He was honest about time frames for equipment and s healing after we decided on the contract. He found excellent quality equipment for a fair price. It wasn't as inexpensive as we had hoped, but it was substantially less than it could have been. He stayed working well into the night to make sure we got our AC up and running as quickly as possible. I greatly appreciate his dedication and attention to detail. I felt like I paid a fair price, particularly since I had needed to replace my mother's unit and install AC in her home down south by a different agency. The prices were comparable. I didn't expect that when we got our bid from him so I was glad to see such a reasonable price, particularly since I know shipping costs increase prices in our area.
