I could not of had a better experience. I drove up to bishop to go camping when I accidently locked my keys inside of my trailer. Bruce helped me within 10 minutes of calling for lockout service on a 100 degree day in Bishop. My truck's keyless entry failed (extremely rare) so my pup and keys were locked in the truck, albeit with the engine running. We were able to eventually unlock the truck and all was good. Couldn't ask for a better locksmith!!! Our landlord was harassing us because she was bored (What can I say, we're in Bishop), and wanted to get the locks for the house changed and seemingly use it as an opportunity to snoop around the house. She makes an appointment with us at noon, is half an hour late, and sends the locksmith up to just open the door and come in. Poor guy immediately apologized when he saw there was someone in the house. Then the landlords boyfriend comes walking in the backyard and blows up when I ask him to kindly ask for permission before entering the property. The poor locksmith sat through an hour of them constantly coming up with "problems" to nit pick and demanding to supervise his work. He was nothing but kind, professional, and diplomatic. He treated me (and them) like good customers, and closed the door behind himself when the landlords boyfriend was trying to walk in after his meltdown. This was one of the most awkward and uncomfortable situations I've had to deal with in my life... a landlords boyfriend throwing a temper tantrum on my front lawn for not being given carte blanche... and the professionalism of the locksmith made it seem almost routine. When the boyfriend told me it might take all day, the locksmith corrected and gave me an estimate to the minute. oh yeah, the new doorknobs and locks also work great. read more

I drove all the way from OC up to Bishop, on our way to Mammoth with the grand kids when I realized I left the keys to my pop-up camper on the table at home. I called Bishop Locksmith at 9am expecting some grumpy guy to answer the phone as I was calling the minute they opened up. Bruce answered and gave me directions to his place. I left my camper there for 30 minutes or so while the kids and I had breakfast. Came back and he was done. Very nice guy, very quick service and I thought at a very reasonable price! You could not ask for better customer service. My husband locked our trailer and took off for a day of fishing leaving me with our 2 young grandchildren locked out in 100 degree heat. OUR SAVING GRACE!!! My husband had put our 2 year old in her car seat and locked the only key we have in the car with her. We are locals and this has never happened before I was so upset and my husband was in turbo mode and ready to brake open the window. (Our 2YO had a sippy cup & warm jacket on but was scared and crying once she realized something wasn't right) I called them bc they were the first number which came up. I told him our predicament and also informed him that it was the night before payday and all I had was a $50 bill. He told me that it was a $69? job but he would come right away and the $50 would cover it. Was at our home 10 mins after the call and was very friendly. Had all tools and more since our car was a 2018 it was a little tougher to get into but he had popped open the door about 10 mins of arrival. Our saving grace!!
