I called John a few months ago to get a quote for three new windows at our place in Mammoth. To my surprise, he gave me honest feedback--he suggested that on two of the windows, it would actually look better (and cost less) to just replace the glass instead of installing brand-new units. That kind of honesty is rare, and I really appreciated it.
We ended up hiring John to replace our old, original vinyl sliding door, which had become difficult to open and close. He came out, measured everything carefully, and helped us select a custom door that would fit perfectly. Because it was a custom order, it took a little time to arrive, but John and Michelle kept us updated throughout the process and were great to work with.
When installation day came, John and his crew member, Alan, showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did a beautiful job--including finishing all the trim. The new door looks fantastic, slides effortlessly, and feels much sturdier--definitely an upgrade for handling the cold and snow we get on our back deck.
What stood out most to me was John's honesty and professionalism. He even recommended another local business for the glass repair work he doesn't handle himself, which says a lot about his integrity.
