Ranjeet responded quickly to our issue and let us know the date and time frame he would be able to come out. He was able to diagnose and refill our Freon in our unit within that time frame, which we immediately noticed a difference in the AC before we left. Our unit is almost 30 years old during the times Ranjeet came out, he did not try to push a new unit on us and was able to deliver great options within our budget. He also let us know what issues to look out for in the future or when it might be a good time to look into a new unit. But prior to Ranjeet, we've had companies not diagnose a thing and would just push a new unit quote on us. So it is refreshing to see someone who wants to take care of the customer with honesty and communication. Overall, Ranjeet is a top notch owner. He is very kind, honest and most importantly, seems genuine. He even remembered little details of our conversation from 3 years ago. So without any hesitation, we would 100% recommend RS Heating and Cooling for any of your heating/cooling needs!

This company ripped out my fence with no permission to access a shut off for a neighbor. The fence still has not been fixed and they just left it in pieces on the side of my yard. The company was closed and I had to have a neighbor come and turn my water main on while I was still at work. I left messages with three local plumbers I found through Yelp, and Sweetwater called back in less than 24 hours (the other plumber called back in 3 days, the third not at all). She scheduled their technician Juan who came a few days later, earlier than the scheduled time, to diagnose the problem which turned out to be a blown transformer. Parts were ordered and the initial repair was made by Juan and Trevor a week or so later not knowing the heating element had also gone out. That part was ordered and Monica scheduled them to return after the Christmas holiday for the final repair. It was a pricy repair, but living in a rural area, we did not have the choice of replacing our microwave or finding the size and style that met our needs.
