The only reason they got one star is because I had to check something. Kathy sends the invoice to the wrong company, then stops services for non-payment. Once I got the invoice, it was paid within 5 days. Both Nathan and Kathy are non responsive with their communications...unanswered emails and phone messages. Nathan designed a pool addition that could not pass county planning...he designed permanent structures in an easement and setback areas, both of which the county rejected. It took almost 2 years for the design/re-design to be approved. Nathan did a site visit...I emailed him for a summary...no response. A very unprofessional experience.

Because of Covid related staff shortages at the Planning Department, it took 8 months vs the normal 4 months to secure the official approval. This delay, required Paul to contact (i.e. meet with and/or call) the City on many, many, many extra occasions. I came to Yelp to find a great agent and glad I did because we found Tiff after trusting the many…read morereviews. So here is a review based on someone who used the reviews. My wife and I were looking to buy a rental property from out of state and Tiffany was prompt in getting back to me (always a great first start), we chatted with a couple agents but Tiff was easy to talk to and had a few strategies we liked out of the gate. And she was an ASU grad so bonus points! We narrowed in on a budget, cities, and showing strategy (we bought sight unseen due to how competitive it is right now so coming to view each property didnt make sense) so virtual tours were key. We put trust in her to look at the house, point out any red flags and give offer advise. She even talked us away from one house we wanted to offer on which is good in my opinion, that's why you hire someone with industry experience, so we really appreciated that it wasn't just ablut closing a deal. We had specific requirements so after looking for about a month, she ended up finding us a beautiful house in Tempe before it hit the market and negotiated with the seller to work out a deal. We 100% would not have got that house if it wasn't for her and may still be looking today. We're very happy, and finally met her in person on inspection day.
