It wasn't my fault his surveyors made the mistakes !!! As a result of Mr Dan unjustly being infuriated at me for his surveyors mistakes he retaliated against my subdivision and purposefully did not write up the water easment into the 2 new legal descriptions of the minor land subdivision he did me so wrong he's caused me financially ruin !!!! If he just would have done the job I asked him to do right I would have been able to sell my property back in January of 2022 since that time till now I am unable to sell my property and my realtor told me that Miller Land Surveying was supposed to write up the water easment along with both the 2 new legal descriptions and shes perplexed as to why Mr Dan did not ! This company screwed me and caused me great financial ruin I told the owner of the company exactly wat I wanted to split my 9.7 acre lot and to make the rear east back end into a 4.365 lot because I was selling that lot with the house on it!!! I explained to him that the well was on the west front end and that the well was on that side so I told him to document that the private well was to be a shared well for both the front west and rear east lot's so that I could sell the rear 4.365 lot with my house on that lot and he new wat I wanted because I explained this to him !!! He cheated me and really cause me financial ruin because he did not make out the water well easment on the legal descriptions till now I'm unable to sell my lot and house as a result of this company failing to do the water easment and I don't have money to go pay another surveyor 2000 dollars more to do the water easment just because MILLER LAND SURVEYOR SCREWED UP AND FAILED TO MAKE ME THE WATER EASMENT !!!!

He then proceeded to give me information on what to consider, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at his level of customer service -- AND I'M NOT EVEN A CUSTOMER (yet). Overall, great impression and would assume that their quality of work is just as good.

    To be clear right from the start, I am unable to comment on the quality for the work provided by…read moreAtlas Land Surveying, as they never completed the survey as discussed. I can, however, comment on their utter lack of professionalism as well as their unreliability. Considering that there are many other surveyors to choose from, those might actually be the most important metrics of comparison. I reached out to Atlas Land Surveying at the end of June 2021 to asked for a survey of my property. After a series of emails I was quoted a price, as well as the time frame of end of August/beginning of September, to which I agreed. On August 30th I sent a follow up e-mail, to determine the date of the upcoming survey. This is when Bill Barry, the project coordinator, sent back a mail telling me that they did not appear to have me "logged in" and asked me to call him. I called back right away, as I wanted to make sure to get my survey going as soon as possible. When Bill picked up he said "I know exactly who is calling. It's the lady who isn't on the schedule". I thought that was a strange way to answer the phone, but realized that Bill had picked up accidentally when I heard him say that he could not deal with me right now. He did call back eventually, but I could not pick up as I was already at work. I also was upset at his "I must have missed your call" excuse, that was clearly untrue. At this point I was really torn on what to do. I do not like being blown off or lied to, so I looked around at other options for surveyors. Unfortunately, they were all scheduling about 6 weeks out, so I decided to swallow my pride and call back to be able to get the survey done and over with. It was a week later that I called, and essentially was told "you should have called back earlier". I informed Bill at that time that it was the situation surrounding the last call that made me hesitate. I then asked if this meant that I could not be scheduled. He said no, he could put me on the schedule at the end of September. I again confirmed the price, and he stated that this sounded correct. That conversation took place on 9/10. On 9/14 I sent another email to ask about the specific date of the survey, as I had not heard back. I am still waiting for a reply and at the time of writing this, it is October. He did not even grant me the curtesy of informing me that he did not plan to reschedule my survey. I have since signed a contract with another surveyor and am on the schedule for October 11th. I just want to make sure to tell my story to save other people from having to deal with such an unprofessional company.

    I'm not one to write reviews. I spoke directly with the owner Bill. Atlas did the grading and…read moredrainage for our project. It took well over 6 months to get it completed. I realize all aspects of construction are back logged. I never complained or bothered him. Finally we are down to getting the staking and flagging done. I was quoted $750 to finish the process. For the last 6 weeks Bill has been saying he will get it taken care of on Friday. Many Friday's have come and gone and nothing has been done. Finally I called today to get an ETA and was told the price would now be $2500. He said the original surveyor couldn't do the work and he would need to send it out to be started all over with another surveyor. Our Architect has the CAD with everything marked. We do not need another survey. When I questioned him he became rude and tried to bully me by saying I was lying and he never quoted $750. I have the email to prove he indeed quoted $750. The man is slow, can't remember what he said or wrote and has exceptionally poor people skills. I have estimates from other surveyors who can complete sooner and for less money. In total Bill has cost us well over 8 months of waiting while build costs go up.
