Now Tesla is saying the entire HVAC system needs to be completely replaced at a cost of around $4,000. The vehicle is only about three years old, and this issue has existed since purchase, so I do not believe it is reasonable for me to be responsible for thousands of dollars for a full system replacement. Tesla offered 20% off, but that still leaves me paying a significant amount for a problem that should have been properly diagnosed and repaired when I first brought the vehicle in. My vehicle has also had serious charging issues that ultimately required a high-voltage battery replacement, which was covered under the HV Battery Limited Warranty. I have asked for clear written documentation explaining the exact HVAC failure, fault codes, test results, and why the entire HVAC system needs to be replaced instead of repairing the failed component. As a customer, I should not have to keep returning for the same unresolved issue or fight this hard for transparency. I expected better communication, better diagnostics, and better support from Tesla on a vehicle this new. This experience has been very disappointing and has made me seriously question both the quality of the vehicle and Tesla's service process.

When we started going over the paperwork and stuff, one of the guys that said that he had ordered a fan for that car and it wouldn't be in until Tuesday. Nick, who had taken my money said that if I could give him three hours, he would have the fan fixed on that car and it would be condition and he would even sign a letter stating if anything went wrong with the fan within three months he would fix it so I gave the owner chance I left for three hours after my car was paid for and they called me to come back and get it. I finished all the paperwork I got all my stuff drove off in. It got 3 miles up the road and the radiator exploded car overheated. I turned it around to get straight back to the dealership. Nick, the one that took the money was obviously gone, but the two young guys that were selling the cars were still there. They automatically just refunded my money and that was it.. They didn't say anything else. I feel that that was very unprofessional. There's also another couple there that was highly upset with them over some reason with their car I could tell there was an animosity between the two people there with their car messing up and the owner. Even though the sales guy, the car plug plugged me into the wrong outlet. He was very nice but his merchandise what is Nice is his professional attitude. I do not recommend this dealership because they do not have their cars fixed and ready to go perfectly or they say they do an inspection then they should know that the radiator is gonna blow up if they do an inspection.
