I bought a car and paid in full cash in Sept, and guess what, they did not send the paper to GA Revenue office after 2 months gone, so eventually the car is not drivable on the road for lack of title paper receiving and permit. Either they sold me a stolen car or did it on purpose. I even stopped by their office end of 2025 to hand over the GA Revenue office's letter (as their earlier mails were not received by this business), and found their office closed, a next door repair store man received the mail and told me that the owner went to his home country in Africa, he will put a copy on their office desk, but again this is a scammers business. read more

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS PLACE!! The owner knows little of cars and will get over on you. Bring a mechanic and have them check out the cars they are selling. This place was bringing in a smashed car when we were there. They sold my partner a car that was "as is", but promised to give a refund if anything about the engine or transmission was bad. After we had a mechanic take a look, they found that the entire ENGINE was jot mounted correctly. The engine was literally swaying back and forth in the chassis. On top of that all the brake pads, rotors, and tires needed to be replaced. Also, they claimed that there was only a minor accident with surface damage, but the mechanic found damage to the rear axle on the passenger side and suspension. Georgia does not have a lemon law for used cars, so this place is refusing to give us a refund. They only offered to fox the engine mount and charge the owner to fix the rest. read more

Yes ... my 5 star went to a 1 star review. I had high hopes of finding a legit dealer of low end vehicles, but, that unicorn has not yet been found. Babs Motors is just a typical low end dealer preying on folks with limited income. BEWARE! Get your own Car Fax!!! The report they show you neglects to show very important info!!! Their report showed "no accidents". Car Fax report shows damage to Front end, left front, right front, and ROOF! Bought the car late Friday night ... the check engine light came on Saturday evening!!! Closed on Sunday. Drove back to Babs Motors on Monday morning. Waited 5+ hours - in the rain - for a manager to show up. And they wouldn't even make an offer to buy the death trap. Said they had too much inventory. I purchased a 2003 Nissan Murano From these Guys , number 1, there cars are more like Salvaged Auction cars, ok ... Number 2 , I just moved to GA and have no reason to bash this company at all , I just needed a reliable car to take care of me and my little brother , .number 3, I asked was anything wrong with the car and they constantly kept telling me no . I test drove a Nissan Altima before the Murano &, let me say this I was scared , so I asked the guy to direct me back to the shop , and he didn't even know how to get back . ALSO They are partially blind and deaf . Moving back on the car ... the Murano is a nice car don't get me wrong , but first off when selling cars you would want it clean in the inside , the car was dirty the only thing that was vacuumed was the floor , everything else DIRTY ! , mind you I brought this car at night so I had no clue it was this dirty inside until the next day. Anywho , so at the lot we spent hours debating on the car , finally left with it . My home is a complete hour away from the shop , driving home that night I felt unsafe mind you it didn't give me problems at the lot other than , a couple things I noticed but no lights was on the dash and the test drives were smoove ONLY thing I heard was the belts , but now here's the catch , same night I brought it the car turned on then turned off , me having faith I started it again , and hurry up n drove off , from the gas station next day , my mother and sister got the car and went to the store , this car had the nerve to shut off on them while COMING OFF GA Interstate ! she had to tow it after no one stopped to help her , image that... my mother and 6 year old baby sister !!!!!!!! The car gets to the shop and now it's 1,000+ in damages and you would think BABS would atleast help me Yes cars are sold as is but this isn't right ! AT ALL , the owner is Toni , and yeah people say they are nice, and he kept directing me to GOOGLE REVIEWS WHICH ARE FAKE but I feel like I was robbed of my money and you guys sold me a BUCKET and this car has been in the shop 4 times and it's only been 2 weeks CAN ANYONE IMAGE MY HURT AND PAIN MY HARD EARNED MONEY !!! and after buying the car I went up there numerous of times you would think they will tell you what's wrong with the car , but nope still didn't wanna tell me ANYTHING I'm really upset I shed so many tears over this , the reviews is what brought me to babs only to find out ITS A RIP OFF ! do not purchase a car from here. i bought a 2006 honda civic, july 8, 2020. im now without an engine. i have been told that this vehicle had something called seabreeze and gasoline added to carburetor to make it drive. the fluids are all out and cause a cylinder to burst or crack. these folks try to appeal to you like they care and they do not. i spent 3900 on a car that will now cost 3500to repair... damn this place read more
