They were very transparent with pricing, delivered exactly as promised, and paid great attention to detail. The quality of service truly stands out, and it's clear they care about customer satisfaction. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy auto care provider, Carrectly Auto Care is definitely a great choice.

I really wanted this place to work out because the idea of pickup and drop-off service is great,…read moreand their reviews looked solid. Unfortunately, after giving them multiple chances, the experience has been consistently disappointing. Each time I placed an order, they would call me back, recognize me by name, but never seemed to have my information or quote in front of them. I had to repeat what work I wanted done, review my paperwork again, and go through the same conversation each time. They also tried to talk me out of certain parts I requested, saying they weren't a good investment, but when I agreed to go with their suggestion, they said they'd call back in a couple of hours... and never did. This has happened three times now. At this point, it feels like they pick and choose which customers they want to deal with and which jobs are worth their time. For the customer, it ends up being a frustrating waste of time and energy. If you value clear communication, follow-through, and respect for your time, I would look elsewhere.

Run...do not pass go....run!!!! Beware of this business…read more.... While Cary and the office personnel are very nice, the service end is terrible! Promised many things, but did not get them. The work that was proposed was very different than what I received. When I inquired about the subpar work, calls were not returned..... months went by and the situation is not yet resolved. I've given up because it's just not worth the frustration anymore. I am hoping that this helps anyone thinking about spending money with these guys..... Get everything in writing!!! Please!!!! My very best advice, is to look elsewhere!

Clowns I brought my truck to A Trendz for suspension work…read morewith a clear focus on safety and long-term reliability. I specifically discussed replacing key components such as leaf springs, shackles, and bushings, and also mentioned the possibility of a lift kit during the process. Unfortunately, all I got was a lift the work performed did not reflect what was discussed. The majority of the requested suspension components were not addressed. Existing bushings were left in place, and my passenger-side splash guard was removed and never reinstalled. Communication throughout the process was poor. I was never contacted to review the scope of work, confirm parts being used, or approve any changes. I had to repeatedly call for updates, and even then, the information provided was vague and inconsistent. At no point was there any transparency regarding what parts were installed or why certain items were not replaced. Additionally, tires were installed, yet the tire pressure warning light remains on, raising further concerns about the completeness of the service. Upon pickup, the final cost exceeded the original quote without prior discussion or approval. No walkthrough of the work was provided -- I was simply asked to pay and given the keys. Given that suspension work directly impacts vehicle safety, this level of service, communication, and execution is unacceptable. I cannot recommend A Trendz based on this experience.

I have always been a believer that honest mechanics are few and far between. I moved to Evanston…read morerecently and have been in need of a mechanic because of a loud noise when accelerating and tires were worn down. I spoke to a few shops and went to Sam's because of the discussion we had and how respectful Mo was. I ended up paying a fraction (literally 10%) of what a couple other shops had estimated for me. On top of that, he worked with me to work around my schedule. As long as I live in Evanston (or are nearby), I will be going to Sam's to see Mo and team. (Posted this on Google Reviews as well because how much I appreciate the shop!).

I took my car to this shop after my airbag was stolen because they were one of the few places open…read moreon a Saturday that claimed they could handle the repair. They had decent reviews online, so I gave them a chance. Unfortunately, this turned into one of the worst repair experiences I've ever had. Right away, Sunny tried convincing me to include unrelated scratches and dents in the insurance claim and suggested I tell insurance they were caused by the vandalism. I refused and only authorized repairs related to the theft. The shop has signs everywhere about $175/day storage fees. When I specifically asked about them at drop-off, I was told no storage fees would apply because my car was being repaired. That turned out to be false. What they don't clearly tell you is that they may start charging storage fees while waiting for parts, even when delays are outside your control. In my case, they knew from day one that airbags were on backorder due to widespread thefts and recalls. Despite that, they later claimed they "had no idea" parts would take so long and suddenly tried billing over $4,000 in storage fees. At no point did they notify me that storage charges had started accumulating. I only found out after they tried billing my insurance company. When insurance refused to pay, the shop told me I would have to pay and "maybe" get reimbursed later. Communication was terrible throughout the process. I constantly had to chase them for updates through ignored texts and repeated phone calls. I dealt mostly with Sunny and AJ, but neither seemed to know the full status of my repairs. The final straw was when they claimed my car needed dealership recalibration after the airbag replacement because dashboard warning lights were on. They insisted this was absolutely necessary and said the dealership quote was around $1,250. They even texted me saying my car had already been dropped off at the dealership. Three days later, after I followed up again, I learned they had never actually taken the car there. Suddenly the quote had "changed" and they were supposedly calling around for better prices. None of this was communicated proactively. At that point, I picked up my car because I no longer trusted them. They tried hard to convince me not to take it, saying the vehicle was unsafe to drive because of the warning lights. They also refused to release the car unless I paid several days of storage fees. Ironically, less than five minutes after leaving the shop, every warning light on my dashboard turned off. I then contacted multiple dealerships myself and physically brought the car to two. Every dealership told me the airbag module did NOT need recalibration. So this shop was attempting to keep my car longer and push insurance to approve a repair that apparently wasn't even necessary. To make matters worse, the detailing work my insurance paid for was sloppy. There was still glass inside the vehicle after pickup, and they tried charging insurance to replace an interior door panel for "water staining" instead of simply cleaning it. I cleaned it myself. Bottom line: avoid this shop if you value transparency, communication, or honesty. My experience involved constant delays, poor communication, and threats of excessive storage fees while they tried to maximize insurance payouts.
