He was very nice and we had good conversation for our ride. I also booked him for pickup at the airport on my return flight which had a delayed arrival time by 45 minutes . Mike kept a watch on my flight and he knew about the delay,this is a service that using an Uber or Lyft does not provide to my knowledge. His van was clean and roomy as well and he drove safely. So, was wondering how long we might have to stand out in the weather (even though it is covered area at the airport, it still gets cold) Anyhow, we arrived at the lot on departing day. He told us to stay in the car until a driver came by. There was a van there, but not running, so we saw him come out and tru to start it. Must not have worked since about 5 minutes later another van finally came into the area and picked us up. Wehen we got back from the, I called to trip confirm the pickup and was told yes, someone would be there. We waited over 15 mins and then ai called again and was told a driver was on the way and it would be 5-7 minutes. Ten minutes later the van does get there. But in the meantime, two other Parking companies have had multiple vans come by picking up passengers several times. So, Next time, I'm willing to pay a couple $ more and go with one of the companies that have vans rotating more frequently.
