Even though everything was done through text and I had proof. So I went with someone else. Being that last year's event was the same as Derby weekend I gave him the benefit of the doubt and attempted to reach out for our event this year. He quoted me a price, again via text but hadn't sent the invoice so I could put down the deposit. I questioned it and Bob assured me that we wouldn't lose the limo he had just been busy. 10 days later he texts me to say we can't have that limo and I quote "the Hummer was booked after we talked". You mean after we agreed and I was waiting for you to send me an invoice that you assured me we wouldn't lose just because you hadn't gotten to it? Seems shady. Bob did offer me two other options, a town car or a party bus at a higher price. I went ahead and booked with another company. I really tried to give them an opportunity to do right and not hold last year against them but I don't think they'll get a third shot at my business. I will say after I told Bob I booked with another company he offered to give gift certificate due to the inconvenience but I passed. Just be careful when booking with Bob's company.

The offer for our troubles was laughable essentially a refund of our deposit and $100 off a future ride. Again do not book through this company unless you want to be disappointed.

The ease of payment was simple and affordable. On the date of the event the driver named Bill arrived 10 minutes early. He helped us load the bus with snacks and adult beverages. This party bus allows you to brings snacks and drinks. Bill picked us up in Springboro and drove 25 of us Cincinnati. The driver drove us to three different locations in Cincinnati. At each location once we were ready to leave then we would just simply message the driver Bill and he would pull up to pick us up from location 1,2,and 3 in less than 5 minutes. Super efficient and attentive. The service and the driver Bill was absolutely outstanding and ensured our safety to and from each locations and throughout the transportation from Dayton to Cincinnati and back. It was as if we were the first passengers to experience this party bus for the first. If you have a smartphone you were able to play music from your music list via WiFi connection to the speakers of the bus. Everyone on the bus had so many good laughs and enjoyed such a memorable evening out without having to worry about driving and parking in downtown Cincinnati. I had a such a great time and hope to use them again for another party. Hiring a drive or a party bus is way cheaper than receiving a DUI. On January 4, 2026, We purchased the most expensive party bus rental for an event on February 20th, for $1158, with supposedly BOGO. When attempting to book an April date event, it was not available and had prematurely expired October 25-Feb 28th. WHY an expiration date so far back to OCT????? I BOOKED JAN 2026!! So I had 24 days to use the BOGO????? And 8 days from the event???? And furthermore, ON OUR EVENT DATE on February 20th, the chauffeur DID NOT ARRIVE at the scheduled pickup spot. He read our past event from last year and not the CURRENT communication. Even though my husband CONFIRMED the day prior!!! He was over 30 minutes past pickup, which had a domino effect on the "assigned time itinerary". I did not call & complain.
