The right amount of tart acid to cut through the fat of the sauce. And its super light and airy. I tried all 4 of the eggs benny combos and they were great. The vegetarian option was the standout for me even though I am a pretty staunch meat eater. Also, if your gluten free get the Eggs benny Todd's way. Which is served on a bed of their perfectly golden brown and delicious hash browns. The staff are all friendly and work in perfect harmony with each other. Which really elevates the experience. I would recommend sitting at the counter if you can so you can see the great folks making you food and see the love they put into it. And a top tip. If you want a mimosa go after 9. The door was wide open and there was a sign on the side saying: Masks Mandatory, NO EXCEPTIONS as per BC Health Authority. I have a medical mask exemption, so I walk in and waited for the one customer to be served and done. I approached the counter and I asked if I would be able to just buy a cup of coffee and sit outside, the masked lady behind the Plexiglas says, yes, grabs a cup and pours me a coffee. The cook lady comes out and says something to her, she then says you need a mask as there are NO EXEMPTIONS in here, I say, I have a medical exemption, she says well, come Monday you can't go anywhere. She hands me cream for the coffee and a spoon, I give her a tip (to get out of business - no, just kidding) she puts into the Tip jar. I take my coffee and I am ready to walk outside, she comes around the corner and continues the Mask fear BS, I say calmly and nicely, I have a medical condition, she says, well, that is even more reason to wear a mask, I say, no it isn't, but thank you, she keeps it up, she says the mask protects you especially if you have a hard time breathing. No thank you I say again, I love to breath in oxygen and I finally escape her claws. Outside, it just started to rain, so I am looking around, there is one table where I could sit and be under the canopy, the two young men took that instead, there goes the "ladies first" or let an older person sit down, nope, that generation with manners doesn't exist anymore. But, there was a couple sitting at the one table totally covered, they are offering me to sit with them, how about that? Wow, I said, thank you several times for letting me sit there, so we got to talk. I am not going into details, but these lovely folks were on a similar level than I am, so let's leave it at that. The coffee I think was great, since I can't taste or smell it seemed good to me, so that is the only plus I give this "Bistro". The fear mongering gets a fail, how in Health Name would an older waitress know what my body needs to keep the germs out? The paranoia is sickening, if this "virus" was so deadly, I should already be dead and rotting 6 feet under. When has a politician a paid crook ever in your life be telling the truth and cares about You & Me? NEVER. Now go on and act as if you are "Normal".

Before ordering a drink, I looked around the inside of the coffee shop. The unique design made me feel like I was in a film. I ordered a matcha latte and sat in front of the bookshelf. I loved the ambiance. The latte was pretty good, with a strong matcha flavor and just the right amount of sweetness. They sell their own branded goods, such as tote bags, mugs, and coffee beans. They also offer a food menu, which I'd like to try on my next visit. I highly recommend this place as one of the most unique coffee shops in Kelowna!

We were seated quickly and given menus. Beer selection is small and limited to domestic type pale lagers. They have a nice little selection of craft cocktails, which we opted not to try. The wine selection was small but comprehensive and local, with a good half dozen available "on tap" by the glass, 1/2 litre and one litre. We decided on an off-dry Pinot Grigio based blend they had "on tap", skipped the apples and went straight to entrées. I had the special which was a nice salmon filet topped with a light, delicate cream sauce and capers, with broccoli, carrots and beet and a saffron risotto. My girlfriend had the pan seared chicken with truffles and the same sides as me. The salmon was very good and the veggies perfectly done. The chicken was even better than the salmon. But the risotto was absolutely to die for. Creamy, delicate and slightly sweet. For dessert, we got the crème brûlée with a coffee gelato and a chocolate cake, also with gelato. Both were excellent and wonderful Enders to an exquisite meal. Highly recommended. Service was excellent, and very personal.
