Rickshaw - Door - Asian Fusion Near Me - Ketchum, Idaho

Exquisite food. I eat meat (loved the Pearl Balls) and my dining companion is a vegan. Lots of great options for us both. Everything was delicious. GREAT service. Felt very safe dining in person. Tables are outside, very well spaced out, hand sanitizer on every table, and servers and staff are masked. Wish I had taken more pics of the food, but we ate it too quickly! read more

Amazing Asian food. It's hard to get it to go and even harder to eat there but it's so worth the struggle.

The flavor of the food was lights out! The service was great and the restaurant was very small with good vibes! We loved the green beans!!

This Asian-Fusion restaurant in the heart of Ketchum is amazing!! Everything from the ambience of the outdoor seating, the friendly staff, and the delicious array of food, this place was perfect! They don't have tons of seating and don't do reservations so if you want to get a spot you may want to eat a little later or put your name on the list before walking around the city. Everything we tried was AMAZING!! The Chili Udon Noodles were a definite crowd pleaser, and the curry noodles were good too. If you can handle lotssss of spice, the Korean Fried Chicken (KFC) was great too. Both the potstickers and the pearl balls (potstickers wrapped in sticky rice) were great! Thai Beef Salad and Chicken Satay were also great dishes that come with a side of rice noodles topped with spices, peanuts, cilantro, etc. Everything was amazing!! You can't go wrong. We ate at 9pm and by then a few of the dishes were already sold out. The only change I would make is having a little bit more lighting on the outdoor seating. Next time I come here I will be back!! read more

I really like the potstickers because they are not over fried, juicy, and the meat is flavorful. The meat is well seasoned. It comes with six and was nice to share for two. I didn't care for the sauce they came with. The curry had sweet cabbage. It reminded me of home. I liked the rich curry sauce- not spicy and not salty. It would be a good entree for children too. I do not like cilantro, but I picked it out and enjoyed my dinner. The server was friendly and helpful. This is my second time here, and I will be back again. read more

We got take out based on the reviews but the food was nothing remarkable. The flavors were average not amazing but acceptable. I have been to China and Japan so this fusion cannot meet that bar. read more

Absolutely delicious. Our favorites were the udon noodles and the Thai som tam. Some of the best Som Tam I've ever had. Casual and comfortable. Highly recommend. read more

Could this place be more awesome?! It was crowded as usual, but surprisingly we walked in and were seated right away for a table of 7. We ordered a little at a time as we made our way through the menu. We also enjoyed wine, beer, and saki. The whole evening was wonderful! read more

Absolutely Amazing !!!!! I spend the whole month of July and October in Napa Valley, California and very accustomed to the Michelin Star restaurants there. In my opinion Rickshaw is our Michelin Star Cuisine d'excellente qualité of Ketchum, Idaho ! Something that you will not be able to ignore at Rickshaw beside the excellent dishes is the incredible service that comes from this Rickshaw Family of employees. Andreas and Nina have put together a close knit group of professionals that just live and breath that restaurant professionalism, they all always seem so happy to be there, maybe that's why I keep seeing the same faces over the past decade ! Enjoy Rickshaw you won't be disappointed. Louis H. read more

Amazing! Some of the best food I have had in recent memory. No reservations. Swing by and put your name in the list and then go have a drink while you wait. You will be so glad you did! read more

What's not to like about this place? Ordered the KFC, green curry and Chiangmai noodles and they were all fantastic. Can't wait to come here again on our next visit! They also told us our order would be 50 minutes and it was ready early. Also love that they text when the order is complete so you don't have to sit around waiting if you don't want to. Highly recommend calling in ahead if possible. read more

Wish I could give this place 10 stars!!! It was so amazing. From the quaint little inside area to the amazing food and the awesome staff I will be recommending this to everyone that goes to Sun Valley! Best meal I've had in months. Thank you Rick Shaw! read more

I always stop by Rickshaw when I'm in town-- it's a pleasant surprise of SE Asia mixed plates. I particularly recommend the chicken satay and papaya salad. Easy to order online. read more

Great food and I love the location. Cozy and cool. The food is a perfect combo from all the best of Asia. The KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) is incredible, it's one of my favorites. But so are the Szechuan Green Beans, Udon, and Chiang Mai. If you only get one dish, it would be either the Chiang Mai or Udon. The Udon says "spicy", but it's not very spicy. Definitely try the special, it's always good. read more

The Rickshaw has very tasty food. The Korean Fried Chicken; Green Papaya salad; Potstickers & Chang Mai noodles were all very delicious. Coming from Seattle which is the fifth most expensive city in the USA, I was very disappointed by the serving sizes. I was offended when the person who took my order for "take out" demanded a tip. Left feeling this business doesn't have a clue how desperate the majority of people in the country feel today. Many are forced not to work by the "say home, stay safe" mandate for months at a time. To the owners of this business I say "lighten up". read more

The best meal we had in Ketchum. Everything tasted super fresh. Each dish was unique and rung different notes. Incredible flavors and detail oriented dishes. As a family of 4 we ordered a bunch of plates so everyone could sample the menu. Highly recommend. read more

Wow! Insane service. Everything on the menu is yummy. Love the small plate approach. Yum!

Food was delicious very busy and small location so recommend getting your name and number on the list!

Delicious food! Order online for quicker delivery. Green curry chicken was amazing, highly recommend.

This place is a home run. We ordered about four plates between the two of us and were stuffed afterwards! The food was fresh, dumplings made in-house, bold flavor. All four dishes were excellent and all of the restaurant staff we encountered were extremely friendly. Drooling at the thought of coming back! read more

One of my favorite restaurants in ketchum. I love sharing plates with friends. And sitting around the outdoor bon fire.

Wow. WOW! So good, excellent ambiance, service and AMAZING food. It is small, no reservations and likely a wait, so be prepared for that, but there is a reason for the wait. It is that good. Our server, Taylor, was so genuine and wonderful. Also, thank you to Josh for keeping the front running. The kitchen is visible and clean with the entire team working like clockwork. Highly recommend. read more

The food is AMAZING and very flavorful. It takes classic asian dishes and puts a spin on it. My favorite restaurant in town. Very reasonably priced too. Look out for the honey vinegar cucumbers. My favorite. Beware they are closed during off season. Check it out! read more

Very welcomed by Nina (one of owners) and Halsey my server for eve. Kicked night off by locally brewed ginger beer and a Pure Dawn saké, both outstanding. Too many delicious items on menu to narrow down, so had to just throw the dice at my options. First round was the Samui Squid, followed by the Korean fried chicken and ended w the Vietnamese Carmel pork ribs (knowing I was gonna have a doggy bag w plenty of leftovers. Squid was excellent. Lightly fried, w a magnificent sauce, one of my favs for calamari of all time. I believe it to be a fish sauce and vinegar base w chilis, lime, carrots, onions, lemmongrass and...? Although I'm more accustomed to heavier/thicker sauces, this one I just couldn't get enough. The KFC followed and it was very good. I can't say I know a thing about Korean fried chicken, but the sauce was sweet, the chicken coating thick, took a little bit of a bite but the meat was well cooked. Think it was mostly a darker meat, but don't quote me. Ended the night with the pork ribs, outstanding. Maybe my fav dish of the night, though the sauce w Squid kept them in contention. 4 pork ribs in an incredibly delicious sauce, meaty and perfectly cooked. I sat at the "bar" and enjoyed watching the chefs beautiful, choreographed hustle through the eve. Once the night picked up, it never slowed, but their grace and precision were a joy to watch. As well, when stymied w decisions, they helped narrow my choices, while always making it my decision. They are bookmarked and I will spread the word and def look forward to coming back to next time I'm in town! read more

Extremely delicious. The squid was some of the best I have ever had. Also the KFC chicken and cashew shrimp were excellent. The dumplings were fine--about what you would expect from a good place, but nothing to get excited about. Overall though the meal was exceptional. My only complaint is the portions. We ordered two dishes each like our waitress instructed, but we both left hungry still. (I don't remember ever leaving a restaurant hungry before, for the tecord.) And that was after sharing four *fried* dishes. For $30 each we could have been happily full at a really nice place. So that was a disappointment. We needed a big dessert after. But for taste and also for ambiance this place was great. read more

There was a wait, as the dining room was small and cozy, but so, so worth it! We are visiting Ketchum and although there are ample food options around We are looking at going back to this restaurant. It was just so tasty! read more

I recently weNt to rickshaw and sat at their bar like seating. I ordered 2 items, the dumplings, and the KFC Fried Chicken and the bull came to $30 for two items. Both dishes were delicious but the portions were indeed small. So it's very expensive for the amount of food you receive. I liked it a lot and will return for a special occasion, just not regularly due to price. read more

Great food. Unfortunately no reservations. I have been going there since it opened. One of the best in town.

Rickshaw has a really great and unique menu. Most of their dishes also travel really well - definitely recommend!

This spot is currently take-out only because of COVID but they are really doing this well!! We were able to order online and picked up our food about 15 minutes later and were notified by a text. We had the curry noodles, potstickers, and chicken satay. They were great! If you want to wait at the restaurant for your food, they had a bonfire going and you can get a drink while you hang out. Delicious and easy! Glad they are able to still provide the Ketchum area with great food! read more
