I feel like finding good mechanics are like trying to find good barbers. When ya find a good one ya…read morejust keep going. I've been going here for a few years now. The place is legit. Thanks to Ryan for sure too, for being the glue that holds this place together. Very much credit to this shop for helping me keep my Acura on the road. Thank you.

Don't make the mistake I did. Go to Kings Auto instead…read more I spent $910 to not have the problem fixed. They put in faulty spark plugs in my engine which happens. It's not always possible to guarantee quality of parts. The unfortunate part is that error led them to believe the old coils then needed to be replaced, so I paid for that (+$293) and when that didn't fix the error they suggested the new coils might be bad. Rather than bring it in a 3rd time, decided to take my car to Kings auto. Alan found the problem within a day and gave me new spark plugs (+394). I went back to Ryan the owner of NB auto and asked him if he'd be willing to make things right. Not only did they install faulty parts, but that also led to additional work that was unnecessary. He refused to refund me for anything beyond the spark plug parts and oil change -$160. If I never went to Kings auto for a second opinion I'd still have a check engine light and be paying more have the coils checked etc. Kings auto costs more, but nothing compared to paying for work you don't need. The owner Ryan prioritizes his bottom line over customers, which is his choice. As is mine not to go back.

In the middle of a roadtrip from Canada to Nevada, my car battery decided to die at a random gas…read morestation in Northbend. A kind man who jumped my car from Clark's Towing sent me here. On 9/26/26, there was a man who'd never ran the store before there that was covering and it was his first and only time there. You know who you are, and I'm sorry I couldn't get your name. At the exact time of opening, I got him at the door basically telling him my troubles. He tested my battery, replaced it with a new one, and got me up and running in half an hour. Because of him and the nice man from the towing company, I was not astray for too long and made it to my lodging reservations. Thank you, man I did not get the name of. For you *truly* saved my life that day, as I had someone else and a dog traveling with me as well. I hope the store knows who you are and makes sure you read this review because it is all because of you.

Being a woman who modifies her own cars is hard. The younger men here always order the wrong parts…read moresomehow no matter how I try to order. I can come in part in hand and they still manage to order the wrong parts. They look irritated, they click on parts like they are all-knowing without asking the questions ON THE SCREEN. I am leaving 5 stars bc I think the older gentleman noticed I knew what I was talking about and cracked jokes with me while ordering the right parts. I hope the character rubs off on the young "pepper is spicy" men here and they can learn about cars that aren't stock and stop letting a computer tell you what's what.
