The ribs had a little more "campfire vibes" than expected, and the pulled pork must've been feeling a bit shy because it came out cold. Luckily, the brisket and sausage stepped up -- my husband gave them two thumbs up (and he's picky, so that's saying something). The beans were simple, nothing fancy, but they did the trick. Was it the five-star experience I dreamed of? Not quite. But sometimes the best memories come from the unexpected stops -- and at least we left with full bellies and a funny story!
