Came by here for a quick lunch after work a few weeks ago. Satisfying experience!…read more This restaurant is styled like an old timey diner. There's lots of parking out front and the interior is spacious and has plenty of room for lots of visitors. They have classic American lunch options like hamburgers and onion rings, but they also do plate lunches with a little bit more southern flair. One of their specialties is "broasted" chicken, which is a method of frying chicken using a pressure cooker. For my lunch, I ordered a plate with two broasted tenders, fries, a roll, and a drink. Service was warm and friendly. It did take my meal a decent time to come out, especially since they weren't super busy, but it was hot and fresh when I received it. The tenders were very large and juicy. Broasted tenders tend to not have a very dense batter/coating but what there was I found crispy and crunchy. I do wish there'd been a little extra seasoning/kick to it, but solid tenders overall. The fries comes in several different varieties ("seashore," crinkle cut), but I chose seashore, which I interpret to mean they had Old Bay or some other seasoning on them - whatever it was, it tasted pretty good. The roll was kind of sad and hard but it obviously wasn't the main event, lol. I enjoyed the chicken and fries and it was a perfect portion for a more manageable but still very filling lunch. Worth a try if you're in the area!

We were celebrating my fiancée's birthday and asking for recommendations and she asked her tables for local recommendations.... Nothing says home grown and home cooking like hospitality that's spread from table to table. Simply impressed and just an overall solid experience that changes the way you view hospitality. Plus.... Her recommends to on the zoni was the perfect way to start our day! -Zoni omelette: 5/5 One of my favorite bites of the vacation, one of my favorite omelettes I've ever had... poblano pepper crema neutralizing a savory machaca marinated beef that's savory, flavorful and just very well paired with smoky Monterrey jack cheese and a well crafted egg dish. While sounding heavy, was met with a light with a fresh pico de gallo and a well crafted crispy but fluffy hash brown. The dish is very well crafted by the restaurant and is a must have if you're in the area. I'd put this omelette in my top egg dishes to get. Very pleased! -biscuits and gravy 5/5 -drop biscuit.... That's all that needs to be said. Pockets of crispy, flaky, fluffy, and just delicious bread that's paired with a rich and creamy gravy. Peppery and flavorful while being light and emulsified to the biscuit to give you a traditional taste of a good breakfast classic. Very well executed. (Only available on the weekends) Simple and just an amazing experience. From the service to the food. I'd go out of my way visit this restaurant and you should too!

Old school…read morediner where the waitresses move between the counters that zigzag through the restaurant. My waitress was super friendly and attentive. The diner has that Nashville country vibe with photos and music from the biggest country stars. Fortunately the food was in line with the level of service and ambience. I was able to watch my meal prepared with lighting speed and perfection. I was happy to have a true southern biscuit with my sausage, eggs and has browns which were incredibly good. Actually it was all very delicious. So glad I asked the valet where to get a great breakfast and even more glad that he was right!

The place is relatively small with stools around 3 main counter areas. There are a few tables in the back, but the fun is at the counter. All of the food is prepared on the grill behind the counters. We sat on stools in the middle section and our server was awesome! The ambiance is great and the decor with records on the wall is very cool. The food here though was fantastic! I ordered the blueberry banana pancakes and my wife had an omelette. The pancakes were loaded with blueberries and were delicious! I really loved the interaction with our server and other customers. There's just such a friendly vibe here. We'll be back to Nashville in a couple of months with friends and we can't wait to take them here!
