Luckily, the brisket and sausage stepped up -- my husband gave them two thumbs up (and he's picky, so that's saying something). The beans were simple, nothing fancy, but they did the trick. I asked him where were the insect lights that should be installed in the dining area and all he could say was it wasn't his problem. This was a very unsanitary cooking and dining area, and it should be closed down until the problem is corrected and new management is in place. It was totally embarrassing to have to have two of our visitors subs incorrect and make them wait till I went all the way back to town and got back for them to eat. Plus use more gas and take up my time and they couldn't even give a cookie. The General Manager (Debbie) said that I was lying and I received all my subs which was not true at all.
