They have two windows so can move through a fair amount of traffic. We only had one car ahead of us on our side. They were maybe a tiny bit slower than I'd expect, but no big deal. The menu has pretty much every beverage you could hope for in the morning -- hot coffee, iced coffee, milk, hot chocolate, smoothies, frappes, etc. Also a couple of snacks/pastries to grab and go as well. I got a regular iced "Rocky Top" which was described as "like Rocky Road ice cream with a kick." I enjoyed it and the price was reasonable at ~$5. I'm a little bit removed from my visit, but I seem to recall it being the "Witches Brew;" it had some combination of chocolate, caramel, and I think maybe vanilla flavors. The nice employee made it for me quickly and I was out the door. Overall, it was a decent beverage. It mostly just tasted like a mocha to me -- didn't pick up on much caramel or vanilla. It was better than the coffee I got earlier, though, so that was a plus!
