With that aside, it was a decent chicken sandwich, especially considering that it is fast food. In my opinion, the best thing in Popeye's is their red beans and rice and dirty rice. These two sides are two of the better sides offered at fast food establishments. Popeye's is a welcome addition to an area that is starved (no pun intended) for restaurants, fast food, casual sit down, etc., and Popeye's will give another option for lunch or dinner.
