Williams Audi told me they could replace the engine for me for $13,000. Redline Auto Service bought a brand new engine from Audi, and installed it for $4,000 less that what Williams wanted to charge me. Nick at Redline Auto was a true joy to work with. Without ever visiting the Redline Auto service center, I had my Audi Q5 towed to them, and coordinated everything over the phone with Nick while traveling on business. I just picked up the car yesterday and had the pleasure of meeting Nick and some of the team (including the dog) in person for the first time. The car with brand new engine is running like a dream, and I'll never take it anywhere else from this point forward. Already planning to take our 2007 Volvo V70 Wagon to Redline Auto for a tune-up.

Explained situation to intake person Kory, and worked on differential fluid change. Problem persisted and we had to order new transmission ($4000) and considered $1500 labor. While they may charge a tad more than others, it is worth their quality and honesty any day!

The first shop I visited wasn't comfortable with the diagnostic codes and recommended I go to a Honda dealership. He patiently talked me through my panic, explained possible causes, and went above and beyond to come in on a Saturday afternoon to help his technician ensure my car was safe for the road. Not only was the service professional and compassionate, but the price for an emergency weekend repair was incredibly fair and comparable to what I would pay at home on a weekday.
