They must've found some on hand foam because a few hours later I got a text that they would be ready the following day before noon (roughly 24 hours later). The chair was delivered today and it looks great. The fabric worked out well and the quality of the work is excellent. They informed us a couple of days later that they did not have the materials that appeared in inventory for the job but could substitute some others. While we did not go forward with the order - since we did not like the alternative materials - we still give them kudos for quickly reversing the credit charge. While they may want to work on their inventory listings to provide the correct options, we have no problem with their solution. We went somewhere else for our job, but would not hesitate to give Paul's another chance. Try them.

We decided to completely strip the wood to reveal the natural wood grain, re-glued, and reupholstered both pieces.
