I was very disappointed that this college dorm washing machine does not properly wash clothes therefore I had to go to the laundry mat or sometimes wash clothes several times also the dry court fire and they did replace the washer and dryer maintenance just say they could fine any thing wrong, I call 911 to report the fire still left me wth same old washer and dryer set. Parking was always an issue work trucks, company vans, and people without parking passes parked directly in front of the building therefore I had to park in the visitors park in space. Teenagers in the hallway smoking marijuana and refusing to move. The neighbors upstairs stomp as they walk all times of the night. Homeless people live in stairwell and walking up-and-down the street it doesn't feel safe. The thin door has cracks even though it is shut you can still see the hallway lights, and feel the breeze from out doors. At night Lights and hallway don't work properly. The playground where kids play you have adults hanging out there. And last but not least the rent is ridiculous for the old décor, no incentives and nothing included. I will be moving. I have had many problems with this place. I have pics of bullet holes, bullet casings, documented times it took 52 days to fix a dryer; documented dates it took 3 months to fix my AC, and when I checked was always told the part was on order. When I found out it was because my dog had damaged the unit due to urinating on it, I offered to pay for the damages. They said nothing. One of the maintenance workers told one of my neighbors the manger was telling the other workers in the office that she couldn't WAIT for me to leave at the end of my lease. I was planning on staying at the end of the next lease, due to my daughter's last year of high school. The manager said she walked over herself and put a letter of non-renewal on my door on June 26, 2026. She probably did but I didn't see it. I only found out on Sep 1st, when a large amount of money had come out of my rent. When I walked to the front office to inquire about it, I was told to come back in an hour. I came back in an hour, and she presented me with the letter of non-renewal dated June 26, 2026. It was now September 1st. When I asked why, she said it was because of my dog. So I received a letter of non-renewal the day after I was supposed to be out of the apartment. They charged me rent on September 1st. That gave me 30 days to look for an apartment. Maybe she did deliver the letter. Maybe it blew away; who knows, but I, nor my family members saw it. No delivery in person, no signature of acknowledgement, but very sub-standard and unprofessional customer service. Oh, and one more thing. The rats...I had told maintenance and the front office repeatedly that there was a rat problem. There were lots of rats active in the floors which had my dogs whining all night, trying to get to the rats. They were also running through the walls. I was given adhesive strips to put out. I also plugged as many of the holes as I saw. On the outside, they filled a hole with mulch and shoved a black rat box in the hole. I know it may not be easy getting adequate housing in this economy; however, I can only tell you MY experiences with the maintenance workers and that manager lady. (P.S. to LEVCO properties, please do not leave a message about how you apologize for the service and how you "aims to please" your tenants. It will fall on deaf ears. You all could care less, I have tried reaching out in the past, and you all have deferred me to that same manager lady with the attitude that I have had problems with.) I will not attach photos to fully deter tenants because these are only my experiences, but from bullet casings, patched up walls, gouged out walls, and shoddy work, I have photos. My advice for you, please do better with Belmont Hills. Make the insides of the apartments look better than the grounds, the pool, and the leasing office. Train your people; make sure their skills match what they claim to have on their resumes.
