They completely nailed my vision and brought every detail to life even better than I could have imagined. Throughout the entire process, they were so accommodating, laid-back, creative, and genuinely helpful. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but Jackie made everything feel easy and enjoyable. I loved collaborating with her and the team over the months leading up to our wedding. They were always open to ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made me feel confident that everything was in great hands. On the wedding day, everything looked stunning and came together perfectly. I am so grateful for their talent, professionalism, and kindness. I cannot recommend DIY Philly enough to any couple looking for a team that is creative, organized, and truly wonderful to work with.

I knew right then and there that I wanted to work with her and could really trust her with my wedding at Front and Palmer. Throughout the entire process she was easy to communicate with and kept me updated with any knew ideas she had to fit my vision. The day of our wedding I was blown away. The bouquets for me and my ten bridesmaids were some of the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. I wanted a very neutral, natural theme with a touch of succulents and Caroline delivered! When my husband and I arrived at the venue we were thrilled with the ceremony space and the reception decorations. Everything was understated and beautiful and exactly how we envisioned it! Caroline was also at the venue the day of the wedding to help reuse the bouquets and ceremony decorations for the reception which really helped me stay in budget!

Some of them we knew we could pull off and others we had no idea how we were gong to make them happen. Then, to make things more complicated and difficult, we had a series of difficult/unfortunate/sad events that occurred back to back that "took the wind out of our sails" and if it wasn't for Sara our big day would have never turned out the way we dreamed it. Sure it would have still be amazing because in the last few weeks before your wedding you turn into a super hero that deflects all negativity lol but in our case that super hero was Sara. Her and the rest of her amazing team swooped in to save the day and not only executed all the ideas we had but Sara had several amazing ideas and changes that we had never thought of, such as the lace table runners, our amazing DIY photo booth and during a last minute rain storm came to my wife's rescue by offering up her own rain boots! : ) Sara is super kind and truly a professional. I honestly could not image our wedding day without her and we are so thankful to Confetti & Co. for making everything go off without a hitch! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Confetti & Co. and the only regret I have is that we didn't have Sara helping us from the very beginning. WE LOVE YOU CONFETTI & CO.!!!

When we tell people we were having our wedding reception at Reading Terminal Market, they were…read morealways a little surprised and their next reaction was "that is going to be SO COOL!" And after we had our wedding, our guest did nothing but rave about how fun, unique and perfect the reception was. But just having a reception at RTM is not what I'd recommend it. It was so much more. It was having the incredible variety of foods - we had cheesesteaks, DiNic's roast pork, Chinese food, a salad bar, poutine and corn dogs, grilled cheese from Meltkraft, the list goes on. It was having a historic and unique setting that was transformed into a beautiful evening even with string lights, candles, table clothes, decorations and provided an ambiance it'd be impossible to replicate anywhere else. It was the servers who attended to our guests every need, kept the party going, the room clean and the people happy. It was every little touch that the planning team executed perfectly for us, that all happened without us realizing it, without any reminders or questions. The planning team at All About Events were the true heroes of the night - and in fact, the whole planning process. We met with them about 15 months before our wedding, and Christina, Stevie and Liam made sure that everything was easy, fun and exciting. Christina's emails to us were always clear and thorough, addressing every little question I had asked, and pointing out tiny things I never would have thought of. Stevie's communication with our vendors was so appreciated, including our Mummers and DJ! And every time we met with them, the meetings were exciting, joyful. Their personalities and kindness and caring for us and our events just SHONE. We could not recommend RTM and AAE more. They are a truly wonderful team, and a gem in the Philadelphia wedding scene. I hope that we get to go to another event at the market soon, and we will certainly keep them in mind for our 10th anniversary vow renewal!!!!

Not sure what has taken me so long to write this review.....maybe I am still in awe of the amazing…read morearrangements Sullivan and her team put together for our wedding months ago. We were married on Labor Day weekend (a pretty busy weekend for the S.O. team considering they had 4 - maybe more - events that weekend). Even though they had so many other events going on, Sullivan and the team made us feel important and were always willing to give us a quick consult if we had questions. From the day my wife met Sullivan, I knew she was in love with her work. Unique and special, every arrangement is thoughtfully done. I remember looking around our venue and scratching my head to figure out where all of these crazy/awesome flowers came from. She and the team are super knowledgeable and are willing to think "outside of the box", which was really important to us since we are not the typical roses or carnation people. That's not to say that she cannot do a "typical arrangement" as I'm sure she can - we just appreciated that her work was NOT cookie cutter at all. S.O. met with my wife on many occasions to soothe her worries about the big day - something I give her extreme props for since my better half is overly detailed (one of the reasons I married her)! She coordinated pick up and delivery of some of our larger decor items since we had a house-full of things we wanted to use and no good way to get them to the venue. She even helped me to put together a surprise arrangement to be delivered to my wife just a few days before the wedding and featured some of the amazingly funky and colorful flowers that were to be used on the wedding day. On the day of, it wasn't just flowers. Her team helped to set up decor throughout the venue, perfectly capturing our (my wife's) vision for our special day. Throughout the process, she was honest and willing to work with us in figuring out how to maximize our money, making suggestions as to where we could trim back or add to stay within our floral budget. Since the wedding, my wife has participated in two of her flower school classes and has come home with some pretty awesome arrangements. I would recommend S.O. and her team any day of the week for some of the most amazing arrangements in the area. It's no wonder why she won Best of Philly 2011. I'll be in touch for a V-Day arrangement for the wife, without a doubt!

Pricing was reasonable and I felt the value definitely matched what I paid and probably exceeded it. Arrangement: The wife loved it. She remarked how Sullivan Owen pays attention to every little detail. From the design itself (creative, not your typical FTD), to the message card typed on a vintage typewriter, to the handmade label on flower food and even the box that held the arrangement,it is very clear that great thought went into every aspect to the presentation of the arrangement and overall design. I look forward to ordering again from Sullivan Owen and surprising my wife with another innovative and visionary arrangement. I would definitely recommend Sullivan Owen Floral & Event Design to people who are looking for something that is above and beyond the average. Impressive stuff. NB: I grade conservatively, so a four-star rating from me is very, very good!
