They helped to set up the event an hour before it started, clean up after everyone, and helped break down the wedding afterwards. I am the type of person who host parties and his more concerned that everybody else is OK, and I needed to not do that on my wedding day. Having Megan and Nancy there really gave me peace of mind and I was able to thoroughly enjoy the night knowing that they had everything taken care of. They even made sure that I ate when they noticed that I never sat down for dinner. I really could not have done this without them and I highly recommend their services to anybody hosting an event or party

Required minimal direction, were proactive and stayed to help clean up after the event. Professional, friendly and hardworking. I cannot say enough good things about the service from this company. We had an intricate DIY backyard wedding on my families property and having Nancy present for our rehearsal and wedding day made our lives so much easier. Knowing we had Nancy there to move things along and take care of all the details we envisioned for our day made life was so wonderful. My family, my husband and I were able to enjoy ourselves rather than deal with last minute set-up, vendors and timelines. This made all the difference in the world, as we did not have to stress about anything that day. I would highly recommend her services to anyone in need of a party or wedding coordinator. She is a true professional and will make your vision a reality. Thank you Nancy!!!!!

My wife and…read moreI were a wreck on wedding day but Nancy kept everything in order and knew exactly what to do on time and in order. Needless to day, wedding day was chaotic. So many tiny details to try and keep track of. Nancy made sure everything was getting done exactly as we wanted it and she knew how frazzled we were and constantly came by to make sure that if we had any questions or issues, that she would take care of them. Quite honestly, every issue I could think of she had already taken care of them. Every detail, down to the smallest issue, she was on top it. I swear I don't know where she gets the energy to be in a dozen places at one time but she did it. She was a critical and essential part of the wedding team and I'm certain, that I would of ended up in a fetal position in a corner somewhere had it not been for her. She's a true professional with a personality that gravitates you to her. I cannot recommend her highly enough. The three most essential parts of the highly successful wedding, was the bride, the groom and Nancy. She made it all happen without a hitch.

They were both so warm, communicative, and were an absolute pleasure to work with! I knew my husband and I were in such good hands. Leading up to and on the day of the wedding, she was very timely, organized, detailed, and stayed on top of things including having full control of all the coordination between the bridal party, vendors, and venue. She was absolutely amazing at executing our planned timeline, answering all my questions, and making sure all the vendors were on the same page. It made for such a stress-free day for my husband and family where we were able to fully enjoy and soak in every minute of our day. My husband, parents, and bridal party even commented about how on point they were throughout our wedding. DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE COURTNEY TO PLAN ANY EVENT. Hiring her was worth every single penny and then some -- If it were in my budget, I definitely would've sprung for the full planning package. Courtney & Brooke - Thank you SOO SOO much for everything, I couldn't imagine our day going as perfectly without you !

At first I didn't understand why anyone would just "throw away" a lump sum of money to a person who would just show up the day of and execute what was already a beautifully organized plan. And then it dawned on me: there is no way to get everything you need to happen when and where it's supposed to happen without someone running the show, and that person CANNOT be the woman in the big beautiful dress. I interviewed about 10 different coordinators (did I mention I'm a perfectionist?) leading to yet another excel sheet of pros/cons for each potential hire. When I narrowed my list to the top 3 Courtney really stood out. While everyone was easy to talk to on the phone, she seemed the least like someone who was trying to up-sell me on "my big day". She also didn't put hour limits on the package, which showed that she really was just going to be there to help in any way possible, not to nitpick over one line charges in a contract. During the first meeting we set up with her I still had my reservations, but by the end of the conversation I was happily writing a check. At the walk-through she agreed to also come to the church and was on top of every picky detail I requested. At the rehearsal she helped navigate a tense situation when I was 20 minutes late. She also exerted herself when necessary among a pushy priest and uptight church coordinator. My maid of honor said that Courtney won her over when she overheard her say to me at the rehearsal: "Is this the way you really want it, because if you have doubts tell me and we'll get it done." On the morning of the wedding Courtney was waiting for us with multiple things already underway. She gave me quick calm updates and brought me in whenever there was a decision to be made. If I told her it didn't matter she would quickly take care of the problem on her own and I wouldn't hear another word about it. If I had a strong feeling on the matter, she made sure it happened my way. When I told her I was concerned that some family member's criticism would shake me up before the ceremony, she politely steered them away from me whenever there was an issue. When the church coordinator got snippy with her she was overheard saying: "I was hired by the bride and groom to make their dream wedding come true, and doing things your way was not part of that plan". Meanwhile, she was completely professional, kind, and welcoming to everyone. The wedding party loved her! She was also dressed stylishly (and in heals!) for the wedding, which makes a difference to me. Your guests are going to see someone following around the bride all day, you don't want them to be wearing slacks and an over-sized button down. Courtney handled a million big and small details for me the day of, but one that stands out is something I hadn't fully thought through. At one of our meetings I mentioned I was going to have some decorations ready to set up in the honeymoon suite for us to come back to. While this was a great idea, it just kept getting moved lower and lower on my list, and I never got around to setting anything aside. Since we were up until the wee hours of the morning I didn't think it would matter, but when I went to my room to change I was blown away. She had taken small extra flower arrangements and candles from the reception and arranged them beautifully all over the suite. There were flower petals leading to the bed, and my veil beautifully draped over the arm seat. Food and candles were waiting for us on the table and all the extra boxes had been tucked away. It was beautiful and an amazing end to a perfectly-executed day, all thanks to Courtney. I could write endlessly about every little detail she did, but instead I will say this: Hire Courtney, it will be the best decision you make.

And after we had our wedding, our guest did nothing but rave about how fun, unique and perfect the reception was. But just having a reception at RTM is not what I'd recommend it. It was so much more. It was having the incredible variety of foods - we had cheesesteaks, DiNic's roast pork, Chinese food, a salad bar, poutine and corn dogs, grilled cheese from Meltkraft, the list goes on. It was having a historic and unique setting that was transformed into a beautiful evening even with string lights, candles, table clothes, decorations and provided an ambiance it'd be impossible to replicate anywhere else. It was the servers who attended to our guests every need, kept the party going, the room clean and the people happy. It was every little touch that the planning team executed perfectly for us, that all happened without us realizing it, without any reminders or questions. The planning team at All About Events were the true heroes of the night - and in fact, the whole planning process. We met with them about 15 months before our wedding, and Christina, Stevie and Liam made sure that everything was easy, fun and exciting. Christina's emails to us were always clear and thorough, addressing every little question I had asked, and pointing out tiny things I never would have thought of. Stevie's communication with our vendors was so appreciated, including our Mummers and DJ! And every time we met with them, the meetings were exciting, joyful. Their personalities and kindness and caring for us and our events just SHONE. We could not recommend RTM and AAE more. They are a truly wonderful team, and a gem in the Philadelphia wedding scene. I hope that we get to go to another event at the market soon, and we will certainly keep them in mind for our 10th anniversary vow renewal!!!!

Our wedding was held on June 3rd, 2021 and from the moment of planning till June the service received was impeccable. The amount of food included is beyond enough and the best part is the food tastes and quality were superb. Our wedding guest continue to rave about the cocktail hour food, thinking that was dinner however were shocked when dinner was served. They were forgetting to bring people food.. they kept cutting off the deejay when people were getting into dancing.. the steak was so gross whatever sauce was on it .. it was nasty..couldn't even eat it.. the cake wasn't even served it was sent home with people.
