The bartender sent was not motivated, and was hanging out on our balcony smoking a vape instead of working while being paid on the clock hourly. This made me feel I did not receive the upscale service I paid for and intended for my party. I contacted the owner and she gave every excuse under the son, of how she couldn't do anything about it, or accommodate the resolution requested. I wouldn't use them again.​

We went with a summer brunch style menu that has been popular with many of her outdoor events. It included many wraps, croissant sandwiches, chicken caesar salad, potato salad, fruit salad, etc. On the event day, the staff delivered it exactly on time, as planned. During delivery, we received an unexpected down-pouring of rain that would not stop. The staff helped us move the food table under a tent and was very understanding with the added commotion going on. They helped to set up the event an hour before it started, clean up after everyone, and helped break down the wedding afterwards. I am the type of person who host parties and his more concerned that everybody else is OK, and I needed to not do that on my wedding day. Having Megan and Nancy there really gave me peace of mind and I was able to thoroughly enjoy the night knowing that they had everything taken care of. I planned an event and gave 2 months notice that it had been canceled and they refused to give me back even a nickel. They kept over $600 of mine. I thought with the 2 month notice, it would be plenty of time for them to at least give me back a portion of my deposit. I found the woman rude and there's no way I would ever do business with them in the future. I told her I was going to leave a review to make others aware and she said, "Oh, now you're threatening me?" If they find sharing the truth a threat, they should change this greedy policy, because I'm only posting the truth!!! Make sure you always read the fine print, even if it's 20 pages, because they certainly won't offer up any information in advance!
