The scheduling and discussing different menu options were very easy! Pricing is also really reasonable in my opinion. We went with a summer brunch style menu that has been popular with many of her outdoor events. It included many wraps, croissant sandwiches, chicken caesar salad, potato salad, fruit salad, etc. On the event day, the staff delivered it exactly on time, as planned. During delivery, we received an unexpected down-pouring of rain that would not stop. The staff helped us move the food table under a tent and was very understanding with the added commotion going on. We received many compliments during the shower from guests about how delicious the food was! They left my kitchen in a complete mess and ruined my stove. I am ordering new grates and filler pieces today The original footprint was 2 tents in the back behind the venue tent for food preparation along with burners etc. . Tables were not set prior to the wedding. Cocktail hour was a nightmare. 20 minutes in there was no food and what was served only a few people could say they actually had any of the passed horderves, and most only had one or two of the five. The Charcuterie and Seafood Bar was gone before half the guest actually got anything. They were standing in line to get to the seafood and charcuterie. When asked if there was more food coming out the "Chef "said there is no more. Dinner service was as bad. Jeremy yelled in a loud voice for everyone to sit down. Dinner was coming. Never served the bride and groom until into dinner service with the guests. My niece took the cake into the house for the Chef to cut and she didn't know how to cut the cake. Completely unprofessional! Jeremy did not follow a time line nor did he do anything a party planner should have done. For the most part he was MIA The DJ they provided did a wonderful job. Our photographer took over and coordinated with the DJ in order to make the events of the day move forward. I have never in my life experienced such unprofessionalism and poor service in my entire life. Chef Natale was obnoxious from the moment she arrived. They left paperwork behind that was their footprint for the day and to come to a venue and give their staff paperwork that states We want to get out of here ASAP These people put them through hell.
