His 2nd chef couldn't make it last minute but Dylan made sure this didn't affect our experience by shopping for half of his ingredients and swinging by to check out our kitchen the day before so that he could maximize his time the day of. (Anyone who's hosted Thanksgiving dinner will know it's not easy to time the cooking of multiple dishes at once - I've tried and failed ).
