Patty and Craig at the Greenery were quick to respond after we were in a bit of a panic state and they were able to get updated pricing to us, and were very receptive to working with us to make our vision for our wedding work. They had done my sister's wedding, and my friend Mike's wedding, and the food has always excellent. Their onsite coordinator Michelle was recognized by name by both my sister and my friend Mike at my wedding, and you can tell why. She's great at making sure everything goings perfectly (or as close to perfectly as one can get on a wedding day). She was great to have onsite to lean on. They offer many selections from a served dinner or a buffet option, but their buffet option tops the rest. Your guests are served as they walk the line and no need to ask on your RSVP which meat as the guest can have both if you do the buffet. The food and appetizers were great, as we were greeting guests they kept on commenting on how good the food was and showing us they literally were picking their plates clean. Their bartenders were excellent as well, the Greenery was amazing and we highly recommend them.

Pros: food was great. No complaints whatsoever there. The servers and bartender did their jobs very well. Con: no management. Every person we talked to was different. We put down the deposit with one person, then when it was time to start planning, we had to track down someone from Cricket and found out the person we dealt with no longer worked there. So we had a meeting with another guy, and the same thing happened. That was the last time we saw him. If we hadn't chased them down, I don't think any planning would have happened at all. At first they asked us if we wanted to buy the liquor ourselves, then they informed us we had to. They did not offer any help as far as guidance of what or how to buy. We were responsible for bringing the liquor to the venue, and for unloading it and bringing it back. Resulting in us spending our wedding night loading boxes from the venue. Nobody helped us at all. When we entered the venue, the table numbers were not set up and nobody reached out to us to try to resolve whatever the issue was. The groom had to coordinate the table numbering. When food and cake were served, the bride and groom had to stand in line with everyone else. It was confusing. Since we didn't realize what was happening, our friends got me (bride) a plate, I think the groom just waited in line himself. We also didn't get to try the cake we wanted for the same reason. Our favors disappeared. After the wedding the groom asked for them to be delivered back, and they were not. Drew said he'd do it, then nothing. Same with this feedback which I sent in an email, the response was crickets...ha ha. Guess that's why they're cricket catering. Overall, I just felt like Drew was there to collect the money and that's it. He did put in an appearance at the wedding but didn't stay because he said he was sick. It's a shame that Cricket is the only choice if you want to use the historic Twentieth Century club. I don't feel that the management really cares about this business or wants weddings to be a success, it's just a cash cow to them. If we hadn't been pushing the whole way, and interrupted the wedding to take care of the details ourselves, it wouldn't have been a success.

The inside of the venue is gorgeous and updated. You would expect the scenery in or outdoors when you pull up. Our wedding was held on June 3rd, 2021 and from the moment of planning till June the service received was impeccable. The amount of food included is beyond enough and the best part is the food tastes and quality were superb. There were very few items that were dislike, which very minor due to the large variety of food provided and included in the price. Our wedding guest continue to rave about the cocktail hour food, thinking that was dinner however were shocked when dinner was served. The dessert stations was an absolute hit at the wedding and pairs well with the open pair. To top it off chicken sandwiches were provided to everyone as they left, which also pairs well with open bar. The service from Ashley Stegall from the very first day to the wedding day was outstanding! She was very patient with answering this brides multiple questions, and giving her honest opinion on ideas, she also helped with coordinating the actual wedding day. Anna was also very helpful the day of the wedding and ensuring the bridal party and especially the bride and groom didn't go without or needed for anything. The service was unexpected but greatly appreciated. Our guest was in awed of the service, venue, food and overall experience at the Waterfall! They didn't disappoint!

They gave us cold appetizers probably from the wedding before. There waterfalls were dirty and not running. The coordinator was dressed rather inappropriately and didn't even tell wedding party where to go or have the bride and groom face everyone for the rose ceremony.. pasta was gross. They were forgetting to bring people food.. they kept cutting off the deejay when people were getting into dancing.. the steak was so gross whatever sauce was on it .. it was nasty..couldn't even eat it.. the cake wasn't even served it was sent home with people. If you can't handle two weddings at the same time just stick to one. Not to mention not in the best area... Also they had people waiting where you could see the bride taking pictures!!!!!! sad bc it used to be good now the only difference from them and other people is they have the most food for cocktail hour but I rather have better outcome than more food.
