Christmas fell in that time, so I don't know what the usual turn around is. When I picked it up it was perfect. I don't have many tailoring needs, but when I do, I would totally come back.

Then I bought a…read morenew blazer, a nice, all-wool, expensive jacket, and took it in to ask her to shorten my sleeves. The jacket had beautiful hand stitching, including faux hand-stitched buttonholes on the sleeves. She told me she could only shorten my sleeves a certain amount (about a quarter to a half inch) because of the buttons (i.e. to leave enough material between the 3 buttons and the hem of the sleeves). I agreed, as this meant the sleeves would be shortened without disturbing the buttons or the hand stitching. Well, when I picked the jacket up, she had re-set the buttons, removed ALL of the hand stitching AND left picks in the fabric all along the area around the buttons from removing the stitching!! She could have shortened the sleeves more if I had known, or wanted her to, take it all apart and move the buttons. I was extremely disappointed, furious, actually, because all she would have had to do was call me and ask me about removing the stitching. One of the sleeve's row of buttons are not even straight in a row, they are crooked. All of this occurred after spending nearly $50 for the alteration to an already-expensive jacket. When I spoke to her about it, she said 'I made a mistake'. Then she went to get her husband from the back of the store and we went through the situation again. He told me I HAD MADE A MISTAKE by not 'asking her about the buttons'!! This was MY FAULT, according to him, as well as hers!!! He offered to 'try to hand stitch' the threading that was removed but I was too concerned about the jacket looking even worse and then needing to remove stitching in the same spots that already had damaged, picked fabric. They snippily took a $50 bill out of the register and handed it to me and said "Keep the change!" If you have nice clothes, if you want to be treated with respect, do NOT go to this tailor.

Owner Emily, took her time with me. She made the adjustments to take my fully beaded gown a full size smaller. She also had the perfect beaded straps she could add to complete my vision. No rush fee added! And her quote was 1/2 to 1/3 what the other stores were charging! I highly recommend this shop for a skilled seamstress who quotes a reasonable price for bridal gown alterations. Within a month stitches on my pants started coming off. I brought it back to them asap, and they were wanting me to pay half of the original price to fix it. Fact that it did not last a month for the price I paid and on top of that not owning their poor quality of work is what made me write this review. Can't stress enough quality of their work is sloppy and unprofessional.

I had the greatest experience here!…read more Having had poor luck with many of the cleaner and alteration combo places in Euless I said, "let's go all in!" and decided to check out the place that specializes in alterations. This place is in a small strip ofc Main. Super convenient! The weather this. Particular day was nice, so I stepped in easy breezy! I had one pair of slacks that I needed both shortened and made into slim fit. I was a bit worried because I needed a quick turn around for my engagement photos, but that worry was not necessary! The price was well below what I had expected or have paid elsewhere, and it was done in no time! Most of all, the owner/tailor so sweet, and at a tine where (safe) direct, in-person human interaction is at a minimum I appreciated it all the more.
