Quality of work ZERO! Dont go here…read more I had my work uniform altered here a month ago, I spend around $100 to alter 1 pair of pants ( adjust the inseam length )and 2 shirts. Within a month stitches on my pants started coming off. I brought it back to them asap, and they were wanting me to pay half of the original price to fix it. Fact that it did not last a month for the price I paid and on top of that not owning their poor quality of work is what made me write this review. Can't stress enough quality of their work is sloppy and unprofessional.

I have no idea who the owner is, but I dealt with the lady that claims to be. She had me pay $250…read more(up front) for the alterations. 1. She stained a brand new formal dress for my grandsons wedding. 1. removed my tags from the dress, and stills claims she got the stain out. 3. Was so upset that I told her I expect a refund. 4. She called the cops on me because she altered the straps without quoting a price, and expected payment which she never would disclose the amount, not even to the police. I told her I owed her nothing because the stain was still there, and she never indicated that there would be a charge for the staps. She just said "I'll take care of it", after I pointed out that she stained it. She called the cops on me, which I found hilarious. I have every receipt for my dress purchase and alterations, as well as the text back and forth between us. Horrible person, horrible service and will file a claim in small claims court for my dress being ruined! NEVER take formal wear to this shop!!!!! Let the public judge for themselves....

I am pregnant and was a bridesmaid in a wedding and my dress was very tight. They said they could help me, had me come in and had no issue finding a way to make it work. Title / Rating: 1 Star - Damaged garment, refused accountability…read more I brought a pair of shorts here solely for a standard zipper replacement. When I picked them up, the original work was unacceptable. The sizing had been changed when they installed the new zipper. Bringing this to their attention, they agreed to try and give inches back. Upon pickup of the attempted fix, however, the metal buckle and buttons had been altered to the point where they no longer close, and the zipper work left the garment completely unwearable. When I brought this to the owner's (Giovanni Perez) attention with photographic evidence requesting a resolution, I was told they "did nothing wrong" and refused to take any responsibility or offer a refund. Buyer beware: if your clothes are damaged in their care, they will not stand behind their work or make it right. Photos attached. You can see how they put the button and clasp on top of one another so neither is functional, and how they moved the hook twice (once during the original tailoring, which they deny in spite of the evidence on the garment, and again when attempting a repair that also crushed the metal of the clasp).
