So for special events I have flowers delivered to the ladies in my family. They enjoy sending me a picture of what they received and are always thrilled by the arrangements. I always send gift baskets through them as well because the men of my family don't really do flowers. This is an example of what encouraged me to write a review. My grandfather just had a birthday and being an older person he can't eat really chewy things like much of what tends to be in goody baskets, I gave Town South Floral a list of what could be instead be included in the basket and asked if it was even possible to make a special basket to send over. They really went out of their way to fulfill my request and include the things I asked for. On top of that, they were so nice about it. My granddad was really happy when they brought it over and it looked great. Let me tell you why I think I have great experiences. I am not an online internet order clicker. My experiences are based on calling in person. I have found, no matter what florist no matter what location, internet buying is just not the way to go when it comes to flowers especially if one wants something specific. I always call the actual florist. Re-sellers and online sites simply can't set proper expectations. If I am looking at something online I still call the actual floral shop and ask about it and order over the phone because there are often times they will need to substitute or the vase is different, as is the case with all the other florists I have dealt with. With Town South Floral I tend to let go of the reins and let them create because they know their inventory, they know how to put it together and it always looks fabulous.

This was a serious oversight that put our pets at risk. To make matters worse, the customer service was rude and unprofessional when we reached out about the issue. What should have been a thoughtful anniversary gift turned into unnecessary stress. Save your money and shop elsewhere. There are plenty of florists who pay attention to customer requests and care about the safety of their customers' pets.
