I've only had the table for a couple of weeks and already notice scratches even though I've been very careful. The chairs when fully assembled are not symmetrical with the back of the chair not centered with the wood support that is noticeable. I haven't received my buffet table yet so can't comment on that. The worst part about my experience with the Lubbock store specifically has been with the warehouse where you pick up and delivery comes out of. The first time I rented a uhaul only to find out that they had shorted me a chair. The second time, I went to pick up the remaining chair and after I got home was told I was given the wrong item and was asked to bring it back. Now the third time, my buffet was to be delivered on a specific date set by them. I cleared my day, confirmed the delivery and was then told less than 12 hrs prior to delivery that my date had been changed for 4 days later. This is hands down the worst mismanagement I've ever experienced from one store and one singular purchase. Save yourself some sanity and just order from the website. Never again!
