Absolutely unacceptable customer service…read more My daughter went into this store for one simple reason: to check whether the two purses we had already ordered had arrived. Before she could even finish speaking, the owner Justin interrupted her, told her they were not in, and proceeded to speak to her in an extremely rude and disrespectful manner. I called personally because I wanted to address the situation directly with the owner. Instead of having the professionalism to speak with me, he refused and had his manager call me. He then took it a step further and proactively canceled both of our orders. At that point, he did us a favor. We certainly don't want to give our money to a business where customers are treated this way. What was even more frustrating was that he then portrayed himself as though he was the one who had been wronged. That is completely misleading and does not reflect what actually happened. We were paying customers simply checking on two orders. There was no reason for the attitude, disrespect, or the way this situation was handled. The way an owner treats customers speaks volumes about the business. Unfortunately, this experience has made it very clear that we will be taking our business elsewhere.
