It doesn't seem plausible to me that it would be necessary for them to be there since the fire department would be too busy dealing with a fire to talk to them. I realize that going to a fire is far more exciting than meeting with a prospective client. These last minute cancellations have happened to me twice before with other companies I have made appointments with in the past year. It must be clearly understood by the managers of these companies that people often times have to take time off from work and deal with other inconveniences to meet with workmen and last minute cancellations are unacceptable. You only get one chance with me. Next time I will reschedule and purposely miss the appointment and let them know what it's like to have someone waste your time.

After they were parked and stopped completely we started moving forward again looking for our own spot. As we were driving behind this truck, the guy starts going backwards!!! I slammed on the horn to get him to stop moving becuase I couldn't go forward enough to get away from him. When he finally realized there was a car behind him he was about 5 INCHES from MY SHOULDER. if he had gone ANY FURTHER, I WOULD BE DEAD. spoke to company owner about incident. "Patrick". He said he didn't understand our complaint, and took his drivers side saying that he never backed up and was in park. We are looking into security cameras that captured the incident and will be contacting the local police. Obviously, the guy that hit us needs to go back to driving school to learn to look in his mirrors and behind his truck to see if someone is there before he kills someone for real. Just a warning for anyone who what's to hire this company, they don't have good drivers.
