Since this review is not for MTG, I will not mention their name. The bank was good, and Reza got us couple of discounts to make my deal even better. I heard many horror stories of bad Realtors, or real estate transaction, but mine was nothing but happy and smile. At closing table every one was happy, we did have minor issues, but he easily solved them, and made us and the seller happy. The rate was great, the payments were affordable, and the most important thing, Reza was with my family and I every step. I would refer him and his company to all my friends, and family. I put down a deposit and submitted an application. Then I was told I needed a guarantor so I supplied all my mothers information. Then Chase comes back saying I need another guarantor to make 80x the rent. I supplied another guarantor that had 80 times the rent. This was still not enough and I was being asked for a third guarantor before the management company gave up on my application. This process took over two weeks. What started off as a great application for an amazing apartment became an arduous task with pathetic results. Had chase provided us with the necessary credentials for the apartment our application process would have been sooner. Instead they took forever, barely corresponded in regards to the situation, and let our money flaunted. Do not bother with these realtors. They are an incredibly inexperienced and unreliable real estate practice.
