The agent does not even give me the courtesy to counter, does not answer my phone calls, does not update me. My offer was more than his asking too. This was a day after I saw the house. Pre-approval was ready for a mortgage double the asking price of the house. When he did answer me just once from the few phone calls, he quickly went off the second he answered on a rude attitude for calling to buy a house. Neither does his office return messages back nor does he even bother to help. I suggest you choose a different agent to help you find homes to look or bring your own broker when dealing with a fool like Charles D'Alessandro. **Update: I am updating this review on the same date I posted this. After sending this over to the broker agent. He finally replies back, only cause he sees his service is now in jeopardy, saying "You will hear from my attorney". See attached for proof. I dont post reviews at all. But this one, I need everyone to read before choosing him. As a seller, I`d be furious that there was many potential buyers putting an offer and not one of them had the opportunity to counter.

My first initial contact to them was 12/29/2025. I spoke to a woman and can't remember her name, but I was told someone would contact me. I have called 3 times after this and have yet to hear from anyone. I do have a voucher and I'm in a shelter with my 2 children, which I stated each time I called. The last call I made was in March and just like the other times, they took all of my information and said someone would reach out to me. Although they seem polite on the phone, it's the communication that's an issue.

Since than. the property…read morehas gone down, this summer I never seen so many rat's running around on the property I've lived here for 51yrs, and I've never seen nothing like this. we get minimum heat, heat comes up from 6am-10am, than it doesn't come back on until 6pm-10pm, and that's it for the night. Something has to give, I see myself going to housing court, no one has to live like this, and the rent is not cheap.
