The agent does not even give me the courtesy to counter, does not answer my phone calls, does not update me. My offer was more than his asking too. This was a day after I saw the house. Pre-approval was ready for a mortgage double the asking price of the house. When he did answer me just once from the few phone calls, he quickly went off the second he answered on a rude attitude for calling to buy a house. Neither does his office return messages back nor does he even bother to help. I suggest you choose a different agent to help you find homes to look or bring your own broker when dealing with a fool like Charles D'Alessandro. **Update: I am updating this review on the same date I posted this. After sending this over to the broker agent. He finally replies back, only cause he sees his service is now in jeopardy, saying "You will hear from my attorney". See attached for proof.
