Do not work with a real estate agent like this one, Charles D'Alessandro. My experience with him…read moredidnt last more than 2 days. He had an open house, and I was interested in placing an offer. The agent does not even give me the courtesy to counter, does not answer my phone calls, does not update me. My offer was more than his asking too. This was a day after I saw the house. Pre-approval was ready for a mortgage double the asking price of the house. When he did answer me just once from the few phone calls, he quickly went off the second he answered on a rude attitude for calling to buy a house. Neither does his office return messages back nor does he even bother to help. I suggest you choose a different agent to help you find homes to look or bring your own broker when dealing with a fool like Charles D'Alessandro. **Update: I am updating this review on the same date I posted this. After sending this over to the broker agent. He finally replies back, only cause he sees his service is now in jeopardy, saying "You will hear from my attorney". See attached for proof. I dont post reviews at all. But this one, I need everyone to read before choosing him. As a seller, I`d be furious that there was many potential buyers putting an offer and not one of them had the opportunity to counter.

Robert Furer of Elbe Real Estate is someone you need to steer clear from…read more Me and my husband were interested in a studio under his listing and that's our first mistake: 1. I confirmed with him an hour before our showing he said he'll reconfirm with my husband instead of just saying okay or just accepting it. Why do you need to reconfirm half our before, especially after even speaking with you that morning. 2. Said it'll be him showing it to us, 5 on the dot. After we got there all the sudden the super or "management" is suddenly filling in. We waited over 30 minutes after "he's on his way" "let me see where he is I'll call him again" the guy was inside the building the whole time unknowing to our waiting for him. So much for "he's on his way" 3. Two broker fees is illegal. The super even agreed. "It's for my partner" the ONE broker fee is split if it's between two agents, and then he tried to bargain that we should meet him in the middle. The studio was so run down, broken shelves, paint peeling off the ceiling, the smell of cat piss.... come on. We're newly weds looking for our home ( we ended up finding someone who actually helped us in the end at a better brokerage!) this was a shit hole that we actually considered because we would've gave it love and spruced it up. I hope this all makes sense. Oh and getting him to answer the phone at first.. don't hold your breath.
