Thankfully, while we were on our way to buy the part, Mr. Veraj called us to let us know we actually only needed a simple connector which cost us less than $25 instead. He then lowered the cost of his labor he'd quoted since it would be a simpler fix as well. He was very friendly, helpful and fair. We would definitely recommend him to friends and family. After giving them several days past what was originally agreed on for the simple job, I call back to check on the status, and for no reason at all they answer the phone very rudely with "Yeah What" which was a bit shocking and unprofessional but I assume they must be having a bad day so I respond by just inquiring on the status of my car to which the person responds "We're busy, didn't we say we'd call you when it's done?" I let them know that it's been several days since I was expecting a call from them and am only calling to check. He hangs up the phone. I call back. Manager picks up, apologizes for the behavior of his employee, tells me the car is done. Lol. I show up to pay and pick up the car expecting to pay 600 for a battery replacement only to find that the car was not in fact ready and that they said they would have to replace several other parts as well in order to start the car (like the starter motor, harness and alternator). Very strange to just suddenly mention all these when they had previously run tests and started the car with a jump on the day I brought it in. They said the car would not be driveable without the repairs and the total would be just over 2500. What an absolute SCAM. I paid it just to be rid of these clowns, brought my car to my Audi tech by where I live, he looked at the work done and said it was all unnecessary and the installation had been done all wrong, things not torqued down properly, wrong sealant and screws used, improper reassembly, the whole 9 yards (keep in mind this mechanic has never had a bad thing to say about any of the other repairs done on the car by other shops). Never go here. After doing some research, I've found that this place constantly changes its pages on yelp, Google reviews, to try and hide all the bad comments and reviews that this place rightfully gets. If you want affordable work done, just don't come here. It's the type of place that has a deal with towing companies to rip customers off.
