Dr. Ezzre really takes her time with me to address all my concerns. I am so happy to have switched from a traditional doctor. Updated-Still going here several years later. I've seen most of the new drs here and they're still all great! The lab tech and medical assistants are super competent and friendly. My family and I come here for almost all our medical needs. They offer lots of alternative treatments and have supplements on site. Dr Ezrre has made a huge improvement with my fibromyalgia symptoms that even my rheumatologist has not!

She claimed my baseline testosterone was low and immediately began aggressively increasing my dosage. Over the last two years, my testosterone levels shot up to a staggering 254-387--levels far too high for a female. Predictably (to someone educated in hormones- which wasn't me), I developed overwhelming exhaustion. When a woman's body is flooded with too much testosterone, the excess converts directly into estrogen. According to medical resources like the Cleveland Clinic, an overloaded estrogen system causes severe fatigue and low libido--completely defeating my original reason for seeking care. Things got so bad that my gynecologist expressed serious concerns and told me to demand a dose decrease. To the DW provider's credit, she did check my iron on and correctly put me on an iron supplement, which brought my levels up. But when the iron didn't cure the exhaustion, she resorted to guesswork--adding thyroid medication, B12 shots, DIM, and a cortisol manager rather than acknowledging the testosterone overload. This past week, I reached my breaking point and asked to transfer my care to another provider in the clinic. Instead, I was directed to the office manager, who doubled down on their unsafe stance and insisted testosterone couldn't be the issue. Realizing that this clinic values protecting their protocols over patient health, I canceled all remaining appointments and care. Find a provider who actually understands hormone pathways and listens to your concerns.

I am in many fitness groups and one of the ladies that I talk with she told me to find a weight management clinic and that its nothing shame full to seek help, so I searched around and found one that is close to my house. I have to admit just making the appointment was extremely hard for me, that meant that I am allowing someone I don't know to judge me for my weight and that I am paying them to weigh me. But I went to my appointment, and I have to say the entire staff is so friendly, and I felt at ease right away. They have 4 program levels, a prescribed stimulant appetite suppressant, an all-natural non stimulant appetite suppressant, hcg, and no medication-management through lifestyle changes, so whichever way you feel comfortable they have the options. I feel comfortable with the choice I made on taking back my life and getting on the right track! Ready for the change!

TLDR: The overall experience felt less like personalized medical weight management and more like a…read morevery expensive timeshare presentation with illiterate and excessive intake forms, a 15 minute in-room PR video, and "customized plans" of powder packet "meal replacements" ---- I paid $125 for one appointment: a $45 copay, $48 to stand on an ancient-looking body composition scale, and $32 for a small box of tiny powder "meals" that tasted like tortilla-soup-flavored bathwater and left me immediately hungry. The intake materials and texts were excessive, outdated, and full of typos. just one example is the appointment reminder text said patients are required to wear masks, which--in 2026--i thought odd, and sure enough, not one mask was in sight; how have they not updated their text notification since Covid?? Whoever put the paperwork together is not fluent in English and lacks basic word processing skills. A week before my appointment, I had to fill out a set of intake forms that had a ton of typos, many repeated questions, and dedicated space for 35 medications, requiring infinite scrolling to proceed. I had to fill out another set of intake forms the day of my appointment with even more typos. They also call and text from several different numbers. Why?? When I got there right on time for my appointment, the front desk person was helping another patient for 15 minutes before she acknowledged me, another patient who got there before me, and another patient on the other side of the counter trying to buy products. After about 20 mins, I finally go back to an exam room and was left there to watch a 15 minute video sales pitch of outdated looking slides with the doctor's voiceover!! Then the med assistant came back and presented a ridiculous packet of paperwork which she read to me word by word and highlighted almost every word on each page with a pink marker. She told me weekly Zoom meetings are REQUIRED and vaguely described meal replacement packages. It was all weird as hell and I felt like I was at a timeshare presentation. Then a nutritionist came in. She launched into generic Diet Culture 101 without ever asking me about my nutrition and exercise habits. She was kind and knowledgeable, but I've been dieting and exercising since the 90s and don't need CICO and "starvation mode" explained to me. I tell her the various things I've tried and asked her what if the plan doesn't work, because I have tried everything to lose weight and it never works. She said she can't control what I do or eat, but she can try to hold me accountable. To me this felt like she hadn't believed me when I said I eat very well, not too much, watch my macros, and exercise daily already. The doctor was ok, but spent less than 2 minutes with me. Then I agreed to the body comp machine. I've used one before at a naturopathic office and it was super cool so I agreed. This machine was not high-tech at all. It was incredibly outdated and I highly doubt there's any accuracy to the results. Why on earth did I pay $45 for this?? I'm supposed to get labs and come back in two weeks for my customized plan which might include prescription weight loss medication. They do bill insurance but I've been hearing all over that insurance is simply not covering weight loss meds unless you're on Medicare. Back at the front desk, the girl was still overwhelmed with lots of competing patients, but she took time to help me put together a box of powdered packets (I have no idea why I gave into this after seeing they are tiny things of powder ! I thought they must be really innovative. I ate one as soon as I got home and it was disgusting!) She asked if she could text me my lab order which I agreed to. She never did.

While an apology was offered, it set an uneasy tone and raised concerns about respect for patients' time. I was initially willing to overlook this and placed a deposit, despite not receiving clear answers from the front desk staff to several important questions about the process. After further consideration, I decided this was likely not the right fit and called on a Friday to request cancellation. I received a return call from Brittany the following Tuesday who offered me a last-minute appointment but explained it would likely be shorter than the 90 minutes I would be paying for. When I expressed concern about paying the full amount without assurance of receiving the full session time, I was repeatedly interrupted and not allowed to finish speaking. I was told no additional clarity could be provided. When I stated that if the full session could not be guaranteed I preferred to cancel, the response became inconsistent. When I again asked to proceed with cancellation and attempted to clarify a final point, the call was abruptly disconnected. Based on these interactions, I chose not to move forward. The way Brittany handled this call--interrupting, refusing to allow clarification, and disconnecting the call--was unprofessional and unacceptable. For a practice working with chronically ill patients, clear communication, professionalism, and respect are essential, and that was not my experience here.

I got my blood tested and met with Dr. Julie to go over the results... $300 later or close to it. I was told that I have stage 2 kidney damage, have parasites from dog, am low on pretty much everything they tested, and that at my stage I'm at now, I likely wouldn't be able to support a fetus in my body for about 6 months unless I take the supplements I'm recommended to take. After hearing the results, I was asked if I wanted to move forward with the supplements. They recommended I take $1200 worth and that's only a 3 month supply... I took time to think about it even though I was terrified that I'm falling apart on the inside. I work in the medical industry and immediately made a call to get a second opinion. I took her my lab results (she didn't even recognize that lab) and she concluded that the only thing I was actually low on was testosterone.. all of my levels were normal and she had no clue where Julie got her scales. She wrote me a script for 1/4 the cost that Julie was going to charge me. My curiosity was sparked so I looked at the supplements and quickly found that the supplements on the list I was given initially were extremely inflated in price. They don't take insurance so it is an all cash profit, which should have been my first indicator that something was off. After all of this, I didn't even get my blood type which was one thing I really wanted to know... this business uses scare tactics to push people to buy their supplements... Go at your own risk!

She makes sure she does what she needs to do for the fat that is transferred to live and I retained 85-90% of fat from the 1st round!! She is always on call for you and checks on you daily after procedure. I've never felt more safe with a doctor before being so scared to doing a BBL in general as a single mother. During the consultation I was of course asked for my medical history which I provided I let them know I had fibromyalgia at that time. (it is not the owner or the manager in the room with you during the initial consultation, so they are not fully aware of the information provided) I also opened an account through cherry which is a financial institution The Glow Method is affiliated with in order to pay for the procedure per their options. I scheduled my procedure for about 4 months in advance. I made several on time payments as directed. At my Pre-Op appointment I went in and discussed the procedure with Eliza and she advised me against the procedure due to my Fibromyalgia and how much it would hurt, which I was very grateful that she let me know at the time. (When I mentioned this to the manager later on, she brushed it off and stated she wasn't aware that this was the reason for my cancellation ) So I asked Eliza if I could cancel and get a refund for what I've paid into the procedure and she said it would be no problem. Well.. it was a problem. The Glow Method ended up refunding Cherry only a partial payment and they kept the rest around $1500. After several weeks of going in circles with Amber the manager, I was basically told nothing could be done to refund anything else as the Cherry account was closed and they were keeping the deposit of 20% of the total $7,500 which I was not informed about in any consultation (read the fine print ladies) Amber kept having me track her down to figure out what was going on which was incredibly frustrating. She just kept saying she's working on it... If she knew they were keeping the money, then why have me go in circles trying to contact them to follow up? The "transparency" they claim to have was not coming through. I guess the company must be in dire need in order to keep that much money for absolutely no services provided. At one point Amber even mocked and said, "well what do you want me to do give you a check? we don't have checks here at the office haha." This happened to a friend of mine a few years back where they also kept her $2000 cash and wouldn't refund it and that was not 20% of her total. (I had hoped I wouldn't go through the same thing I guess) So if you plan on getting a procedure of this magnitude keep in mind that you will lose any money you have paid into the procedure if you need to cancel, even if you were advised to do so.... This was an incredibly expensive "consultation" I guess I donated to a poor pathetic cause. Ladies there are so many other places to receive these types of services. Don't risk this amount of money on a company that responds in this manner when something comes up.. especially a medical reason. You just never know what can happen by the time your procedure arrives and you may need to cancel, you don't want to lose that much money.
