Dr. Thosani is not only beautiful on the outside, but even more so on the inside. She has an incredible bedside manner, takes her time to thoroughly explain everything, and makes sure you understand the "why" behind the treatment plan. I was especially impressed when I needed staples in my head. I was hesitant at first, but she carefully explained why staples would be better than stitches in my case. She even drew out a diagram to show how staples would allow for better healing and hair growth compared to sutures. That level of care and attention truly went above and beyond. Everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming. The entire staff made me feel comfortable from start to finish. Her medical assistant, Gio, was absolutely fabulous as well. Dr. Thosani is knowledgeable, skilled, serious when she needs to be, yet warm and even funny -- she made the entire experience much easier than I expected. As someone who works in the medical field, I know how rare it is to find a provider who combines exceptional skill, genuine compassion, and true passion for what they do. So when I had her do the Moxi laser, I waited an extra three weeks after everything looked and felt healed to go back to my normal routine and it still apparently wasn't ready for it. Now I have large brown patches on my skin that weren't there before. Every time I look in the mirror I regret letting her touch my skin.
