After 3 visits and "testing" me for everything under the sun I had enough. My doctor not only…read moredismissed me like I was a burden for waisting her time but the whole office needs a refresher in HIPA privacy. The worst part is I actually liked this doctor until she seemed to be having a bad day and took it out on everyone. After spending 30 minutes in the waiting room I was moved to temporary room that was really an open cubical in the hall with a refrigerator and an office chair. I sat there for over an hour before moving to an actual room where I sat for another 20 minutes before anyone came in. By this point I had heard enough conversation in the hallway to start fearing not only for my privacy but my emotional safety with this doctor. I had heard her multiple times bad mouth or joke about what ever client was in the room she just left. I get that people are going to joke around at work no matter where you are but it's one thing to do it behind closed doors, it's another when your not really trying to keep it from your other clients. It really left me wondering what she said about me after I left. Not only did she tell me she couldn't help me but that I needed to find a different specialist. Upon asking her what kind of specialist I needed to see, she laughed and said "I don't know" like it wasn't her problem. All in all the doctor should have left her bad attitude at home because you could feel it from across the hallway and there is no such thing as time management at this clinic. Oh yeah, turns out I am allergic to dairy, gluten and mold after all

I went in to see Dr. Kazmierowski after a year of trying to figure out what my skin rash was. I was…read moreconcerned about my insurance coverage, he gave me codes for every thing he was going to do and let me have the room to call my insurance which took forever and the nurse and him patiently waited for me. My insurance didn't end up covering the biopsy so I declined and they were still so kind! The nurse was absolutely amazing and so kind, you can tell they care about their clients and want what is best, they listen and take their time with each patient. I have had too many bad experiences this was refreshing! The nurse can make a huge difference in your experience, they are the first and last to see you and spend the most time with you, the doctor is a great man and hes lucky to have such an amazing nurse.

I saw Dr. Dales December 2024. I had been having hip pain and back pain for quite awhile. I was…read morereferred to Dr. Dales by the other doctor in his office. Thinking I might need hip surgery soon, he came in after about a 15 minute wait, barely looked at me and said my hip isn't bone on bone yet and referred me to a back doctor. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. Felt like he didn't take my pain seriously at all. I ended up going to another doctor within the Providence system. Turns out I do need a hip replacement after all. Who knows how long I would have had to wait and be in pain until Dr Dales thought it necessary for a hip replacement. I would not recommend Dr. Dales to anyone who is in pain and may be needing a joint replacement.

I have been seeing Dr. Dales since 2018 in regards to my failing right knee. Meniscus gone,…read morearthritis set in, and bone on bone. Originally fitted me with an unloader brace, Dr Dales stated he could get me 3-5 years more before having replacement surgery- and it was nearly 5 years to the day! Had a total knee replacement in December 2023 and two months later, I feel great! I just followed the regime that Dr. Dales prescribed and life is good again! He tells you how it is and lets you make the decisions. The surgery went smooth, the scar is hardly noticeable and the pain is nearly non-existant. Thank you Dr. Dales for all of your advice, skill and mentoring through this ordeal!

His manner was direct and that may have upset some patients, but he was invariably accurate and his abilities unrivaled. I was sorry to see him leave the area. You know, it is really too bad that the customer service of the receptionists and billing lady are…read moreso horrible here...because we really like Dr. Kaz! He is always very friendly, helpful, and patient. Unfortunately, we are in search of a new dermatologist. Sorry Dr. Kaz...your staff needs some improvements and maybe some lessons on professionalism. My daughter who is now over 18 and a college student went to Dr. Kaz and received a bill. Since my daughter is in school, has no income, I CHOOSE to pay her medical bills. The billing lady was SO rude to her when they THOUGHT I missed a payment...the truth is, it takes them anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months to post the payments to the account. After waiting for 2 months for a payment to post, I stopped payment on it (via my HSA account) because subsequent payments after that had been posted to my account. I figured that there was some glitch because them payment was scheduled for 12/31 and it was 2/22 and the payment still hadn't posted. Well, they just happened to try to post it that day and are sticking ME (my daughter) with a $25 NSF fee!?! I even had a lady from Health Equity (my HSA acct) call her and she would not budge. The billing lady also called my daughter and told her she needs to "grow up and pay your own bills, you are an adult". Are you kidding me?! What is wrong with a parent trying to help their child while they are perusing a college education. I was appalled!!

I called to ask if this clinic had for a wait-list, since I am moving to Gresham in 3 weeks. I was…read moreaware of the wait list everywhere and asked the person who answered if she could name another office. She said no, because she wouldn't know what insurance they would take. When I explained that I would be changing insurance based on any place I could contact, she still said no. I'm sorry I took up time with the person, who clearly had no time to even suggest one other name...

Don't waste your time.. My issues with this clinic started when I was attempting to call and…read moreschedule new patient appointments for myself, husband and our daughter who will soon be born. I specifically told them I was trying to find a Dr for my child but also wanted to get my husband and myself established too. I wanted one Dr for all 3 of us. I was told one Dr would not be able to handle the work load, so the needed to split us up amongst 2 drs. Fine.. it took over 2 weeks and like 3-4 calls for them to schedule us. They kept calling and asking the same questions and told me they would call me back. Finally got scheduled. I get to the building and it's older than dirt, smells like my gmas house. I believe I was the only patient there, I didn't see any cars in the front parking lot, only the back lot which I assume were the employees. Didn't see a single person other than employees. I probably saw around 10 employees which was mind boggling for the lack of patients. Not only is the building old, but also everything in the building. The receptionist was using one of those ink printing calculators - which begs the question: why type of computer programs do they have if you need to use an ink printing calculator?! The patient chair in the room (the one that moves up and down, and is usually covered with paper) looked to be from the 50s. It was not a "paper dispensing" chair, they only had a puppy pad looking medical sheet where your bum goes. The MA didn't even know how to operate it all the way, she couldn't put the leg part down. My blood was taken in room by the MA which was odd to me, there's usually an in-clinic lab with a phlebotomist or whatever. This was my "new patient appt" and they wanted to do a breast exam and pap, which was odd to me. The pap was skipped because I'm 9 months pregnant. In talking with the dr she mentioned I should have received a pap by my OB and I told her I did but it was "half of a pap" because I'm pregnant and she didn't want to mess with my cervix. The Dr proceeded to be like "these new drs these days, I don't know what they are doing, medicine always changes" which honestly made me feel like she was the one who didn't know what she was talking about and unprofessional. To top off - I found out they don't even see infants! That was literally why I was trying to find a DR! I specifically mentioned that when I called to schedule appointments. The reason they don't see kids under 2 is BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE ANY and they kept needing to throw away all the very expensive vaccines. What does that tell you?! NO ONE COMES HERE. NO ONE TRUSTS THEM TO CARE FOR CHILDREN. I could go on.. don't waste your time.
