I was referred to this provider by another practitioner. The televisit was technically smooth but…read morenot as helpful as hoped. What was/is really distressing is inability to communicate with a human being about billing issues as well as the billing issues themselves. Payments are taken and deposited but not credited and billing for the same fees persists. No one answers the telephone; no one responds to emails; no one responds to the AI messaging system; and no one returns calls or telephone messages. If a practice lacks admin and clerical support, it is a no go.

I would really like to give CA a good review, because the staff is not the problem. The problem is…read moreoverextended management and negligent ownership. This clinic is only open two days a week, and the options for patients are getting scarcer. The staff has a difficult time connecting the patients with the doctor, and he is often unreachable, which for any medical provider is unacceptable. There is a revolving door of turnover in staff and very little consistency for the patients. The ability for patients to communicate with reception is hampered by the klunky and non-intuitive online Klara interface, instead of allowing patents to simply call in and speak to someone in reception. Billing is confusing and only adds to the burden for administrative staff, having to answer questions that a better system would avoid. The various branches of this business are also slowly going extinct. The portent for people who use this clinic seems grim.

Stay away if you don't want a call from a collection agency. I only saw this doctor once. He…read morereferred me to someone else. I gave them hard copies of EVERYTHING I did with the previous ENT. They had ALL my information. The visit was back in March. I just got off the phone with a collection agency. There are places that do this. Apparently, their accounting department doesn't have it together enough to send a letter, email, or call when you owe a bill. You just get surprised by a collection agency. It's just completely inexcusable, and that's an understatement. I realize this day and age absolutely everything is done by a computer and programs. Well, they can blame the program, but it should be their responsibility to contact someone before just submitting a bill to a collection agency. It's not, though. You just have to trust the entity to do will give some kind of notice. Well, don't trust this place. You can't pay your bill on your way out, and you can't get notification when they get around to determining what is owed. Such a clever system. I wish there were some way to hold entities like this accountable for their carelessness and lack of professionalism far beyond a bad review. Sadly, this all I can do while trying to provide fair warning to others. This doctor Barlow was nice and is quite possibly a great ENT. However, he wasn't worth getting a call from a collection agency, that is for sure. If you don't want to hear from one, definitely don't use this place. I received no letter, email or call. I can't even believe it.

Getting hearing aids is a very life changing experience. (It reminds me of the first time I wore…read moreglasses.) Dr. Barlow and Dr. Green made that experience even better. I originally found Dr. Barlow after I had some allergy issues and had a negative experience elsewhere. What a night and day difference. He was very attentive and did a great job helping me. Then I met Dr Green and she helped me so much with my hearing loss, and continued that great service as I had them adjusted over the next couple of visits. I can't imagine going anywhere else. They have convenient underground parking and an exceptional staff. One of the best/most successful medical experiences I have ever had. Count me as a customer for life.

After 3 visits and "testing" me for everything under the sun I had enough. My doctor not only…read moredismissed me like I was a burden for waisting her time but the whole office needs a refresher in HIPA privacy. The worst part is I actually liked this doctor until she seemed to be having a bad day and took it out on everyone. After spending 30 minutes in the waiting room I was moved to temporary room that was really an open cubical in the hall with a refrigerator and an office chair. I sat there for over an hour before moving to an actual room where I sat for another 20 minutes before anyone came in. By this point I had heard enough conversation in the hallway to start fearing not only for my privacy but my emotional safety with this doctor. I had heard her multiple times bad mouth or joke about what ever client was in the room she just left. I get that people are going to joke around at work no matter where you are but it's one thing to do it behind closed doors, it's another when your not really trying to keep it from your other clients. It really left me wondering what she said about me after I left. Not only did she tell me she couldn't help me but that I needed to find a different specialist. Upon asking her what kind of specialist I needed to see, she laughed and said "I don't know" like it wasn't her problem. All in all the doctor should have left her bad attitude at home because you could feel it from across the hallway and there is no such thing as time management at this clinic. Oh yeah, turns out I am allergic to dairy, gluten and mold after all

My insurance didn't end up covering the biopsy so I declined and they were still so kind! The nurse was absolutely amazing and so kind, you can tell they care about their clients and want what is best, they listen and take their time with each patient. I have had too many bad experiences this was refreshing! The nurse can make a huge difference in your experience, they are the first and last to see you and spend the most time with you, the doctor is a great man and hes lucky to have such an amazing nurse.

Dr Fritz and his entire office are extremely incompetent and do not care about their patients…read more Front desk personnel are rude and inexperienced. They incorrectly scheduled one of my appointments and when I showed up on time, they said I was 30 minutes late. When I suggested it was a scheduling error on their part, they said they sent me an automated text to confirm the time, which I did not receive. When I told them I did not receive any messages from their office they told me sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Then they wouldn't accommodate the error and made me reschedule which took another month. 11/21/24 visit with Dr Fritz. He said he's referring me to a pulmonologist. 12/2/24 - follow up visit with Dr Fritz. He had zero notes from our last visit and I had to update him on everything. Asked about the status of the referral and he tried playing it off like he remembered and blamed it on OHSU. 12/26/24 - called his office to follow up with the referral. Front desk girl told me the referral was just sent to OHSU on 12/18! Meanwhile, I'm suffering with severe asthma and I suspect once I finally hear from someone it's going to be at least 90-120 days before I get into see a specialist. I highly suggest you seek professional help by a physician who takes proper notes, follows up properly, hires knowledgeable staff, and cares about their patients.
